Bom... Já prestaram no passado um serviço excelente. Mudaram os donos e agora o serviço é péssimo. Aluguei uma VPS por 1 mês dia 05 Abril. Tive acesso a ela apenas 3 dias, a VPS foi apagada sem justificação, perdi todos os dados que lá tinha, solicitei que me resolvessem nunca aconteceu, pedi devolução do dinheiro, nunca aconteceu até agora. Não recomendo de todo este serviço.

Alguém sabe o que aconteceu com a DuniHost?
Sempre foram prestáveis e rápidos na resolução dos problemas, mas o site ficou em baixo e estão incontactáveis.
Tentei abrir ticket no Discord e não consigo (sem permissões para entrar). Dizem para adicionar um utilizador e não aceita pedidos. Vendem a empresa os serviços ficam indisponíveis e não avisam ninguém
Alguém consegue ajudar?

Eu sempre gostei da Duni, mas no meu último atendimento (que ainda não foi concluído) comecei pro ser bem atendido pelo Duni, depois retirei uma dúvida de suporte com o DRusso, desde uma última mensagem minha não recebi resposta durante 5 dias, mencionei o DRusso, continuei sem resposta, depois 2 dias depois dei Ping ao Agricultor pq não conseguia entrar nos meus serviços (acho que levei banip autómatico do server da duni), o mesmo pôs-me para último da lista de espera, estou a pensar em cancelar o meu serviço com a duni, estou a pagar os serviços sem conseguir ter acesso aos mesmos.
Hoje (dia 29/07/2023)
Consegui terminar o atendimento com a host, depois de o CEO | Duni me resolver os problemas, eu acabei por decidir que vou subir a minha avaliação para 4 estrelas, só porque eu acho que a host ainda pode melhorar mais e porque o Duni me deu os dias extras em que eu não tive acesso aos serviços que tive a pagar, só não dou 5 estrelas pelo tempo que esperei pela resposta
