A very straightforward purchase. It would've been 5 stars but I had to buy 10 dust bags when i really only wanted 5.

easy to buy replacement filter on line. Not cheap hopefully the air is better for it,

The product i wanted Dustarrest had at a very competitive rate and they also advise me of a similar product which was cheaper.
I have purchased both products and hope the alternative one is just as good potentially saving even more.

The dust arrest shroud is s fantastic piece of kit but at over twice the price of the grinder itself for a couple of injection mouldings it is way over priced.

I've just bought the maxvac pro from dust arrest based on the advice from their sales team and I have been really impressed with the recommendation and the quality of customer service!
Dpd let us down on delivery and when I contacted dust arrest they re-arranged the delivery and shipped a new unit out with DHL for the next day delivery as it was faster then trying to resolve the issue with dpd.

The guys at dust arrest really helped after a visit from HSE, they simplified the process and offered constructive advice to find the most cost effective way of improving our trimming and grinding tasks. We had the support from Neil and Bob in working thorough the areas we needed to improve and it has worked! We are now using their dust extraction equipment and couldn't be happier that the airborne dust is no more!

The product arrived very quickly and was securely packaged, which I really appreciated. However, upon opening the box, I noticed that the item itself was covered in a thin film of dirt. This was quite disappointing and did not create a good first impression. While the product seems to be in working condition, I expected it to arrive clean and ready to use, especially given the otherwise professional handling of the delivery. A little more attention to cleanliness before shipping would make a big difference in the overall experience.

Had to contact Dustarrest regarding whether the item I was considering buying was compatible with my Bosch Angle Grinder. The contact was most helpful.
