Easy to use, didn't have to leave home.

It's very easy to set an appointment, you get one very quickly, they're very friendly, and they are knowledgeable.

The vets I have used for not only long term care but for emergency care have nothing short of amazing!! They listen closely to my concerns as who knows your pet better than you!! They come up with a care plan that works for you & your pet....they have prescription shipping....it is so easy that you never need to leave your home!! You get these visits all for a year for the cost of what you'd pay for one in person vet visit locally!! I will definitely continue to renew!!!

I absolutely LOVE Dutch Vet! The ease of seeing a doctor at home is extremely helpful because I don’t have to load my pups up and drag them to the office where they become extremely anxious and uncomfortable. We are able to stay in the comfort of our home and see the doctor via Zoom. My dogs usually sleep right through the visit unless I need to wake them up for the doctor. No stress, no anxiety, no acting out or nervous aggression just a calm, relaxed visit right from the comfort of our home! You pick the day and time that works best for you and they are even available on weekends!
The price is unbeatable too for the top notch care the doctors give! They really pay attention and listen to your concerns and develop a treatment plan that you both agree on. The medication that they order goes right into your cart and you pick your delivery time and pay from your app and the medication is delivered right to your door! You never have to leave your home for the visit or the meds!! They even check in after a few days to see how things are going and they make any adjustments as needed.
Every doctor that we’ve had the pleasure of meeting has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and wonderful! I am so happy that I found Dutch Vet and I am extremely grateful to everyone for their support and kindness!

Service was ok from the vet. Everything else is whack. There are two main issues.

First, marketing ran a promotion that wanted me to save other people money with a reduced membership for them, but nothing for me. Of course, I want to help people. In this economy though, any kind of nod towards me would be great.

Second, I woke up to an email thanking me for my order. No heads up at all. I am sure I agreed to this 12 week resupply at some points, but an $85 auto charge without warning combined with a thank you is disingenuous.

I had an appointment on 10/15 for my sick dogs. Our regular vet had no openings that day so I gave this a shot. Appointment went fine. The after and the lying are the problem. At checkout for their antibiotics I was offered an option to pay $25 to overnight them to arrive 10/16, or, free shipping and it'll arrive Saturday 10/17. The vet told us we could transfer the prescriptions to a local pharmacy if we liked. So I looked into that, but Dutch's website says they charge $5 to transfer the prescription and it takes 2-3 days to process a transfer, which is crazy. That can easily be done same day. In fact, this particular prescription is filled by a regular human pharmacy, and anyone that's ever transferred a prescription from one pharmacy to another knows it takes about 10 minutes. You can do it while standing at the checkout in the pharmacy. But they charge these fees and create intentional roadblocks to force your hand into using their own pharmacy because no sane person will pay $5 and wait 2-3 days when they are telling you they'll do it for free in 2 days. So that's what I did. Imagine my surprise when they did not arrive today and I logged in to my account and it's not arriving for another week, Friday 10/23. I tried to reach out to support, but of course they have no support available on Saturdays or Sundays because everyone knows pets don't get sick on weekends (insert eye roll here). So I guess my dogs will just have to be sick an extra week. Like why blatantly lie about stuff like this. I 100% would not have made the choices I did had they been honest instead of flat out lying to ensure you don't transfer the prescription and use them instead so they can maximize profits while your pets wait a week plus to actually get the care they need. 0/10 will not use again.

I really appreciate the veterinarian! He’s easy to talk to, provides clear and easy-to-follow recommendations for my pets, and makes me feel comfortable asking questions. I also love using Dutch because it makes accessing quick, convenient veterinary care for my dog so much easier. It’s been a great experience!
