Great replacement, I was with Netflix for 10 years, i wish they didn’t send me a disc that doesn’t work, I had ask for customer service phone number which I didn’t receive, also when I received a disc that doesn’t work I have to email support, asking for a replacement disc, but they don’t send out a replacement they just add the title back to my list, also I requested some titles, but they don’t respond to my email, overall service is ok

Couldn’t be happier since I discovered DVDInbox. Always a great selection of movies and delivered to my door in a timely manner. Awesome!!!

Extremely happy with this service. It reminds me of what Netflix used to be. There is no substitute for the physical media when it comes to getting the best sound and picture quality from your movie watching. There is a wonderful variety of titles in all of the major genres and they are always adding more titles to the list. Any problems that I have had with damaged discs have been handled promptly and professionally. I highly recommend this service!

I don't hand out 5 stars too often, but this place deserves it. Great service at a good price. They are still a bit new, and adding features to their site but are getting better all the time. Their service is excellent. They are located in Florida so depending on where you are it may take a little while for your discs to arrive, but you can mark them as late after 5 days and keep them coming all the time. If you let them know that the discs have been returned, I believe they cross ship new discs for you. I usually have them marked late cuz I am on the other side of the country. Customer service is very helpful and friendly. If you want discs, then this is a fantastic service.

DVDInbox is a perfect replacement for DVD Netflix. The transition has been seamless and renting movies and shows is a really simple process. The movies arrive quickly and are easy to return. The selection is great, too.

DVDInbox has a great selection of movies including many older titles that are very difficult to find on any of the many streaming platforms. The company is quick to respond to any questions that I've had.
It is the best DVD option now that Netflix is no longer mailing movies.

Affordable, prompt and professional. Nice to have a DVD service for those that desire one. I am especially glad to see a Foreign movie section and hope it continues to grow.

Has been a terrific replacement for the (now closed) Netflix DVD service. I love that they have a decent stock of Blu-Ray titles, and now they're starting to add UHD as well!

The few times I've needed to reach out to support they've been very responsive and able to resolve any issue I've had.

Not everything is on streaming services, and I appreciate the quality improvement of Blu-Ray and UHD discs over streaming. DVDInbox fills that gap nicely, and I would recommend it to anyone.

We've been subscribers since the service started after Netflix DVD option was canceled. It has been wonderful. Any time we have a problem, not often, they send us more DVD's. They have an extensive catalog of movies and TV shows with more being added all the time.

I have been a Netflix's DVD customer since 2003 and DVDInbox is the best company I have found that matches & even succeeds my experience with Netflix's.

We were NetflixDVD subscribers for many many years, loved the convenience of the mailers being shipped directly to our mailbox and returning the movies just as easily, at our convenience without accruing any late fees or additional charges!

DVDInbox doesn't have as large a library yet but we've been able to find movies that NetflixDVD didn't have and DVDInbox is growing their library constantly!

We signed up with DVDInbox as soon as NetflixDVD sent their very last mailers out, within a month we canceled our DVDInbox subscription only to sign up again a week later because there is no other Company that provides this type of service and certainly not at this price! We live in a very Rural area and Streaming is not an option as we have neither High Speed Internet nor Unlimited Data available

We have to add that the reason for why we canceled the subscription is because we view the DVDs on our Desktop PC and whatever app we'd downloaded from the Microsoft Store to watch the Movies, wouldn't play select movies and give us an error message, as in 'Disk is corrupt' or whatever ... we've since purchased a BluRay/DVD Player and we've not had that problem again!

This is the ideal replacement for Netflix's DVD service.

The selection is huge, with both recent releases and classics. The customer service is excellent. The mailers are simple and easy to use. They really run a professional operation and it's more needed now than ever given the streaming sites' increasingly limited selection.

I was so glad to find out about DVDInbox when I did a Google search for movie rentals by mail. They're very affordable and have a great selection of movies. Their mail service is quick and easy.

The service is easy to use and computer-friendly. I really liked having levels of membership to choose from as my budget allows.

Customer Support was actually the reason I gave them 5 stars. Whenever I had a stupid question, they would answer it pretty fast and with a nice answer. I appreciated that.
