DWISI Bewertungen

Super easy to use! I love how once you upload your pictures, the main image blurs out the background and allows for the item that you are selling to really pop. You don’t have to do much, you just get presented with an offer and can choose to accept or reject it with one button (there is no hassle of going back and forth when an interested buyer since Dwisi would be the mediator). Apart from the app, their customer service is great, they answer within 1-2 minutes and always have a solution to my inquiries.

Amazing customer service, really good experience. Authentic items, matching the description.

I purchased a CHANEL bag from DWISI..
At first I was skeptical, I wasn't sure if the bag would be real or not.
However my friend recommended DWISI and she told me how thorough their authentication process was, so I took the chance.. .and I'm glad I did.
My bag arrived just as described and she is beautiful...LOVVVVVE her!

I’ve been using a lot of different online platform to buy and sell second hand items and so far DWISI is really the one that met all of my expectations. I’ve recently bought an item, the user experience was great, very smooth processes, super quick delivery with a nice packaging. The team is always here to help in case you have any question. Much appreciated. Can only recommend !

Above the great deals I made on this market place, I really enjoy the App and the customer service is 5*.
Definitely recommend it!

The App is amazing & super user friendly. But what really took it another level it is the service offered and how helpful the team has been. The overall experience is absolutely fantastic ! I love my Hermès purchase & can’t wait to do more transactions as a seller and buyer.

Best customer service in the UAE by far!
I have been living in the region for almost 10 years, I have tried many websites to buy fashion and luxury items and they have gone beyond any of my expectations.

I was looking for a gift for my wife and I saw the bag of her dreams at a competitive price, for the first time I felt that I could buy such a product with peace of mind.
I asked questions on the product and received timely responses, the ordering process was super simple from account creation to payment and the cherry on the cake was an impeccable delivery (even more important because it was a gift for my wife!).
The product arrived on time in a beautiful packaging, which by the way was zero waste and the delivery staff was super polite and elegant.

I feel they are bringing the Hermes store experience in our home so well done on the experience from A to Z.

Finally the best marketplace to buy and sell second hand in the region.
2/3 days delivery, very professional team, seamless experience, highly recommended !

I recently purchased a pair of Dior shoes and a Burberry bag through the DWISI app and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The process was seamless! The team was always available to answer any questions I had and made sure my order was handled with the utmost care. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to buy luxury second-hand fashion. Thank you for an exceptional experience!
PS: Their packaging feels so luxurious!

I posted my bag for a sell and DWISI contacted me and assist me in professional manner. They even sent me a professional staff to take a photograph of my bag and posted them on my behalf.

I managed to sell my bag less than a month, and contacted me immediately as soon as they managed to sell the products.

I definitely will use DWISI again! Thank you!

They was very professional and fast they take care about all my inquiries and they deliver my package one day before because I requested it
Highly recommend

This is a platform that helps to sell your luxury items and the process is really quick I had a good experience on this platform

I sold my Dior sneakers on Dwisi! Great and prompt support! More businesses like you!!

Timely, professional and trustworthy; I love how I can find all my favorite brands at affordable prices right here in the UAE! Highly recommended ❤️ especially that it’s a homegrown business, 100% support 💪

Easy app!
So fast and accurate ! Love it !

Amazing beautiful app ! Wonderful experience. Will definitely use it again ! The second hand had never been that glamour and sexy !

I sold my Alexander McQueen on Dwisi app.
The whole experience was seamless and easy.
I was able to keep my shoes with me until it was bought by a buyer on the platform, no consignment, more practicale.
Their own driver lady came to pick up the item at my place the day after and I receive my money 3 days after !
To be honest the commission is fair and low compare to the market of UAE
Special thanks to Julia from their customer service that make my experience great !
Wish you all the best and will definitely use the app again

the service is AMAZING !
I finally found an application to resell my items in Dubai.
customer service is 10/10 they are far ahead of Vestiaire collective.
their positive points:
-listening to the reseller and the customer.
-they have quality packaging it's very important to specify it because if you have to make a gift you don't have to worry!
-they come to collect your item from you if you have sold it and they also deliver it to you if you place an order on their app.
and all this in record time !
I really recommend diwi my experience was perfect.
