I was completely blown away when I opened my order to replace my 10 year old solar powered thermometer to find that it was replaced as a promotional item at no charge. The solar cell had failed, which is understandable but I had agreed to purchase a new unit. I can see why you are a five star company. Thank you!

Order Confirmation - Estimated Shipment Date
I've received an order confirmation in my email, but it is missing any reference to an estimated ship date. I need to know the estimated ship date, and I expect to see that included in the order confirmation.

If your company wants to deals only with the Walmarts of industrial supplies then one day one of those Walmarts are going to go out of business for one reason or another--then you'll be looking for the small distributors that were loyal to you for years wondering how you are going to distribute your products. Not intereested in being a distributor for other distributors --NO THANK YOU !!!

Product is great, although I had a long look finding your A6 pressure switches...I'll be using this as a retrofit automotive fuel injection low pressure warning light pilot.
For me the payment part was really clunky, so much so that I thought about just quitting after three tries at the credit card tab.

Dwyer did not automatically provide an updated invoice, including shipping charges, for my on-line credit card purchase. Subsequently, I had to contact Dwyer by phone to have them email me an updated invoice, which is needed for my monthly accrual process.
16-Apr-21; Dwyer Customer Service called and explained that they are upgrading and modifying their web page and the issue of sending out updated invoices will be addressed in the near future.
