On February 4th, 2025, I paid them €5,994 via bank transfer to purchase a BMC FOURSTROKE LT LTD bicycle that was on offer. After a month and a half, I had still not received the bike and was forced to request a refund. They confirmed that I would receive my money back within a week. As of today, April 16th, 2025, I have received nothing. Furthermore, they are not responding to my emails or phone calls. I have filed a complaint with the police, reported the incident to the European Consumer Centre Greece, and contacted my bank to reverse the transfer. These people are scammers.

Do not buy. They are completely scammers. Purchased a bike on January 2025 , comunication was ok, they said to me there are delays from their supplier had to wait 2 months to realize they will not sent the bike and were lying. I asked for a refund theh said to me they will refund but nothing yet. I make a claim through my visa card bank and report them to the police. Avoid them at any cost.

I have ordered 2 bikes and now no money, no bikes. They communicate for a while at the beginning, give a discount and that's it.
They use ABN AMRO bank.

Pozor podvodný web, vůbec ve své podstatě neexistují, vyberou peníze za kolo, nebo e-bike a konec, už nekomunikuji, kolo nedodají a peníze nevrátí jsou to zločinci. Vše na začátku vypadá věrohodně.

Je to maximální podvod, ani jejich sklad ve skutečnost neexistuje, je to hala - sklad na prodej.

Podvodný eshop, vyvarujte se tomuto e-shopu. Jsou to podvodníci s velice věrohodnou stránkou. Adresa skaldu je opuštěný sklad, kola nemají, jen vyberou peníze za objednávku, potom Vás týden jakože ubezpečují, že dodavatel má zpoždění, čekají na dodávku od jejich dodavatele, při tom mají uvedeno vše skladem. Pak vám nabídnou malý dárek jako poděkování za trpělivost, po týdnu přestanou komunikovat úplně. Když uděláte další objednávku z jiné adresy, vše je na začátku v pořádku. Komunikují ihned, ale to už peníze nepošlete.

Too good to be true. I paid them almost 3600 euros for the bike. I got nothing. I asked for a refund. They sent me a bank statement, but the money was gone. Fraud!

Attention, scammers. I ordered a bicycle. After a couple of hours I began to understand that they were scammers and I asked to cancel my order. They said that they would return the money within 7 days. The deadline has passed, there is no money, and they no longer respond to my letters.

It is a fake company, scammers. Stay away.
They do not have bikes, they just want you to send them payment, then they stop communicating.
