Utilizzo Vik Booking integrato con E4JConnect da tempo e posso dire che è una soluzione estremamente affidabile e completa per la gestione delle strutture ricettive (hotel/bb/residence/affittacamere/casa vacanze)

Vik Booking si distingue per la sua flessibilità e per le numerose funzionalità che permettono di gestire prenotazioni, tariffe e disponibilità in modo intuitivo e preciso. L’interfaccia è chiara e, una volta configurato correttamente, consente di risparmiare davvero tanto tempo nella gestione operativa quotidiana.

E4JConnect rappresenta un valore aggiunto fondamentale: la sincronizzazione con i principali portali OTA è stabile e veloce, riducendo al minimo il rischio di overbooking. La gestione dei canali è semplice ed efficace, anche per strutture con molte tipologie di camere o piani tariffari complessi.

Un altro punto di forza è il supporto tecnico: sempre disponibile, competente e rapido nel fornire soluzioni concrete.

Consiglio vivamente questa combinazione a chi cerca un sistema professionale, affidabile e scalabile per il proprio business turistico.

Uso il loro plugin VikBooking da 5 anni e, per le mie esigenze, mi trovo molto bene riguardo le funzionalità offerte. La cosa principale per me era trovare un booking engine da integrare nel mio sito Wordpress, senza che l'utente dovesse lasciare il mio sito.

Nota a merito per l'assistenza, sempre pronta e disponibile ad accogliere le mie domande e richieste di modifiche.

I did consulting work for a business that was using e4jconnect with vik booking. They kept having problems with bookings not showing up until 24 hours later, bookings suddenly disappearing even though the customer didn't cancel, and duplicate bookings. Support was terrible, and they couldn't fix the problem, and couldn't tell the customer how to turn off the channel manager. It was seriously impacting their business. They moved to a different service, and that service helped them turn off e4jconnect, even though it wasn't their product, and even though the customer hadn't even signed up for this new service yet.

Response from e4j was that it wasn't an issue on their end, and was likely the customer's site being restored from backup. However, this was not the case. No restores were being done for the website/database. Also, booking.com bookings disappeared at exactly 4pm each day which coincided with when e4j did an automated availability refresh, and only booking.com bookings were affected (not bookings direct through vik booking). A database restore would have deleted all bookings.

Customer was having to print out every booking, and check every morning, as well as after the 4pm e4j auto refresh every day, which was not sustainable. Some clients ended up double booking rooms which then had to be cancelled, resulting in negative reviews.

This problem just started happening recently. However, in previous cases the customer had to contact e4j for other support issues, and responses were always delayed with poor communication. For example: customer's domain changed, which resulted in bookings not coming through from booking.com. It took a lot of back and forth between customer and e4j to resolve this issue (which was actually a very simple solution: customer domain just needed updated on e4j's end, and customer needed to perform an undocumented procedure in their e4j control panel to achieve this, but it took a few days of back and forth to actually achieve it). For such a simple problem, even then the responses from e4j support were mostly unclear and it took a few days of back and forth to actually resolve it.

After integrating the VikBooking, Channel Manager, and VikStripe plugins into our hotel website, we can confidently say we made the right choice. The system is stable, well-designed, and equipped with powerful features, allowing us to manage our inventory and reservations — both direct and OTA — with ease and accuracy.

The booking process on our website has become much more professional and user-friendly, and we’ve noticed that our customers feel more confident when making reservations. Internally, the management is now more intuitive and streamlined, thanks to a clear and well-organized backend interface.

We recently faced a technical issue involving Stripe payments and potential overbooking. However, the support from the E4J team — especially Asia — was absolutely outstanding: fast, knowledgeable, and truly focused on resolving the issue permanently.

We highly recommend E4J’s systems to any hotel or accommodation business that values a reliable, modern, and well-supported solution.

Utilizzo questo channel manager da diversi anni e, nel tempo, ho riscontrato alcune difficoltà tecniche, soprattutto in fase di sincronizzazione con canali esterni. Va però detto che ogni problema, anche se a volte complesso, è sempre stato risolto (anche se non in maniera rapida e chiara).

In una recente occasione si è verificato un overbooking dovuto a una mappatura non aggiornata. La gestione iniziale è stata poco chiara, ma il team ha poi effettuato un’analisi approfondita, riconosciuto la situazione e proposto un’offerta commerciale come gesto concreto. Ho apprezzato la disponibilità al dialogo e la volontà di migliorare.

Il software è valido e completo, e confido che quanto accaduto possa portare a un’assistenza ancora più reattiva e strutturata.
Continuerò a utilizzarlo con fiducia e, se le criticità attuali verranno risolte in modo stabile, aggiornerò volentieri questa recensione a 5 stelle il prossimo anno.

After a few month with the VikBooking and Channel Manager plugins, we can safely say that we made the right choice.
The booking process is much better integrated to our front-end website. It feels smoother, more natural to book through our website and our visitors are much more inclined to do so. Indeed, after only two full months of deployment, we already reached 50% of last year's amount in direct booking.
Not only did it improve our direct booking sales, it made our daily life easier. The back-office is clear, simple and flexible. It is easy to find anything you need to interact with bookings and clients and ensure efficient management of your establishment.
Finally, the integration of the solution went rather smoothly, especially thanks to the very reactive, and very friendly support team. I could feel I was interacting with humans, and even more than that, humans who care, and it makes all the difference. A special thanks to them!

The Vik Booking software streamlines everything across your website and numerous booking platforms seamlessly. It is a channel manager that makes a complex set up very simple and the support is absolutely faultless.. As a complete beginner less than a year ago I have put them through their paces while trying to learn how to use, and how to enhance for our needs as a busy ski chalet with four vacation apartments.
I wouldn't use any other software now!

I made a booking website for a hotel in Greece! Of course i use vik booking system. I had an issue with the payment Gateway. I opened a ticket on support and they manage to solve my issue really right on time! One of the best support Teams i have cooperate. Thank you guys
