From the start of the process we felt that the team really wanted to give us the most efficient and effective system rather than going for a quick fix which in the long run would have been more expensive . Fitting by Rob , Jordan and Cody was completed with as little inconvenience to us as possible and you could see the quality of the work they did. They talked us through the whole process as we went along and worked some long days to complete the job. Would highly recommend Eaasy Heat if you want a well designed, efficient and fitted Air source heat pump system because that’s what we now have .

We were looking for a complete new heating & hot water system.
Saw an advert for Eaasyheat and thought, not heard of them, but why not give them a chance.
Initially a bit of a mix up but, once we had spoken and met Kenny, our minds were made up.
New system operation was fully explained, survey and proposal were promptly completed (even came out on a bank holiday weekend to explain everything)
From placing the order to delivery, Installation and commissioning nothing was too much trouble.
Rory & Louis (Installers) were great again explaining everything that they were doing.
Obviously this is a new form of heating for us and the proof will be in the future performance of it.
We have just agreed to have a solar system from Eassyheat so, if this runs as smoothly as our heating we will be very happy.

Great company from start to finish, they assessed our property and our needs. They advised us on requirements on our home. They were very transparent in answering our questions. The installation went well, the fitters were very professional. They all took pride in there work and the job that they were doing. The after sales brilliant service as we initially had problems connecting to the gateway connection to operate the system on our phones. Eaasy heat sent someone out from IT " kenny" to sort the issue and it was resolved on the day. Lynsey who works in the office what a lovely person, friendly and helpful always gets back to you when we contacted her with a query. I would highly recommend this company if thinking of having a heat sauce pump .
