I bought a diesel card. Paying 19 pounds. It took over a month to arrive. I have had it for a month. Still waiting for the pin. No one answers the phone and no replies to my emails. Appalling service.

I had ordered numerous vouchers from the shop with my epoints balance as I wanted to get cashback on each voucher. I didn't think the order worked but after calling support, Luisia explained that the vouchers were split by retailer and not included in one email. She was extremely polite and the vouchers were super easy to redeem online!

Don’t bother with the fuel card.
For 8 weeks, every week, the price for diesel is more expensive than 3 fuel stations within 5 miles of me and I monitor local prices daily.
So in Birmingham, every week their weekly price per litre for diesel is actually at least 2p per litre MORE expensive than local garages.
This is a complete rip off - given you also pay a fee to top up as well as the amount you are topping up, so saving money is not really going to happen if so, it’s pennies not pounds over the year.
So my example, I paid £250 to top up with a £3 charge, so £253 in total.
The same amount of fuel would have cost me £6 less if I paid for it myself, costing me more not less. Factor in the annual cost to subscribe, and you cannot save money.
This company is making fanciful assertions that you can save between £100 and £200 per year - this is impossible and is falsely misrepresented.
I’ll get ready for the “Our weekly fuel price is based on UK averages” responses, which is completely irrelevant to people who want to save money on prepaying for fuel and it’s just not true.
Avoid and save yourself some proper money by scanning local prices and paying for it yourself or use supermarkets.
Complained 3 times, have a bog standard response to 1 email and no response to 2 of them. Customer care is somewhat just response management not customer care.

Not so great.Customers service extremely slow. Checked prices yesterday 141 p.Checked price day after (same week) 143 p- same as the fuel in most places near me.WHERE ARE THOSE SAVINGS?? Price should change only once a week and that price should apply for whole week. Dont bother as it won't save you money.
UPDATE 08.02.24 : no point to spend 9.99 on a card. EachPerson charge each month for card top up is at a 1.2% rate .So you top up 100 GBP and company charge you 1.20 GBP (each month). Difference in normal price and eachperson price is circa 2p / litre. You need to make a lot and I mean a lot of miles to get even. For regular road user its pointless.

Don't believe the fantasy figures of 20-30-40p per litre savings, maybe 2-3p per litre and this week it's actually dearer than the pump price. Calculations work out that it will take approx 7000 miles to recover the cost of the card, plus they take a bit in processing fees.

Zero support, evoucher cant be sent to my address. Seriusly what a joke.
Did try a live chat there was a person told me make a screenshoot and then closed the chat window, and after i could only clkick on, to a contact us email window pop up, no more live chat in the middle of the day on weekday.
