I’ve been buying coffee from Ethical Addicions for 5 years I buy the beans so I can have fresh coffee. I have tried many other coffee but none compairs with Ethical Addictions.

Great selection of products
Great selection of products. Fast delivery. Good easily recyclable outer packaging; one pack of coffee had easily recyclable packaging the second, extremely disappointingly, was “recyclable” single use soft plastic!

Ian and the team know their beans. They source direct from farm and work with their farms and their producers. They have been instrumental in helping me set up speciality coffee business. THeir practical knowledge and support is simply superb, I could not have done it with out them.

Great coffee as usual
Great coffee as usual and really fast delivery. Our usual coffee (Machare) was out of stock but Zingy Zebra is hitting the mark perfectly. Keep up the good work guys!

Great local coffee roastery
Website is easy to use, prices are good and lots of interesting information about their partner coffee growers.

Excellent quality and choice
Excellent quality and choice of beans. Having environmentally sound option around packaging, sourcing and supply is the USP though.

I love the taste of this coffee
I love the taste of this coffee, I am a big fan of coffee, but also a fussy drinker, this coffee really hits the aaaaahhhhh spot. I bought decaf because want to drink more coffee, without the affects of too much caffeine and I can honestly say it’s very good. The selling point for me was the Swiss water decaf process and no nasty chemicals. Happy days.

Great coffee and even greater people!
Seen a handful of reviews marking down ea for courier faults; personally had one incident with couriers not delivering on time and after contacting ea they resolved the issue right there and then and sent out a new order of coffee by hand delivering it themselves.
Just pick up a phone and they will help!
Always friendly, make great coffee and are welcoming with open arms when ever I’ve swung by the roastery.
Exceptional knowledge in the area and just great people in general.

Love this company, they sell a great product with amazing customer service. Their coffee beans are fantastic & I just love everything about the way they care about the farmers who produce the beans, to caring about their customers here. Can"t rate them high enough!
