Tomato juice tastes like it’s gone mouldy and tastes disgusting. It’s arrived damaged and one of the bottles were opened and leaked everywhere. I would like a refund. Awful first impression for a first time subscriber!

My first order with Eager was a 6 bottle mixed box and a box of 6 Pineapple. All delivered quickly and safely by a courier that delivers to the doorstep not just inside the gate. The juices are delicious, especially the pineapple.

I haven’t recieved my parcel
I haven’t recieved my parcel, was waiting for it two days, as dpd “missed me”. They didn’t even knok on the door. Couldn’t rescheduled the delivery because they do not care
It was delivered in some of the local shops, but I can bot pick it up, its too heavy, and I do not have time

I'm sorry you've had a problem with your DPD delivery. As always with DPD you can let them know if you're not going to be in, or that they can delivery to a safe place, or rearrange delivery if they miss you.
