I ordered a box from Eager a couple of weeks ago and hadn't received it. I tracked it and the tracking said it had been returned. Last night I emailed to ask what had happened and by 10 am I had a reply, offering to deliver tomorrow or refund.
I asked for a delivery.
I know have the tracking number and confirmation that it will be delivered tomorrow.

Never received something wrong during transit one star given for quick refund, shame as product looks interesting.

Edit: after previously being unhappy, the company got back to me the following day and was quick to send out a replacement box. I’ve now got my lovely juices in the fridge ready to test over the upcoming weeks.

I received my juice order and was so excited to get trying them. I’d bought the mixed pack to give them all a good go after realising I was spending a fortune on supermarket subpar juices. Anyway, order arrived and two of the six juices had leaked- the entire insides of the box were sodden and I didn’t trust the two opened/ leaked juices (how long had they been open for? First delivery was failed and ended up delivering after the weekend so maybe was left for 4 days..?) so ended up disposing of them. I took pictures the second I opened the box and sent an email with my concerns to the company. 24hrs+ later and no response. I’m more than happy to update this review should they get back to me, otherwise it’s been a terrible experience spending my money here.

Juice. Delivered. Nice.

Smooth full bodied juice which is good but the taste is not to my liking. This is obviously a personal thing, it's slightly bitter. So sorry will not be ordering again.

Love that I can get juice delivered and it lasts because I can store it out of the fridge. Tastes delicious too - just as good as the juice you get in the fridge!

Love the branding of this juice - looks so good on my at-home bar. Plus, it tastes great. Thumbs up!

I bought cranberry and pomegranate, cranberry was good and crisp but I could not identify any pomegranate taste at all behind the apple and to me it was also too sweet, I would go for more pomengrante and sharper apples, real fresh squeezed pomegranate juice has a refreshing very slightly acrid 'bite' to it totally lacking here. Delivery prompt, good packaging though

Did not realise the majority of the drinks main ingredient is apple juice. So everything is diluted with apple juice.

EAGER has literally the best juices ever! Even down to your classic Orange and Apple juices. They are incredible I first found out about them through working in the hospitality industry and working with companies that use this product. I started drinking them during breaks on shift and fell in love with EAGER instantly. I now bulk buy 12L per month for personal use at home. And what makes them even better is they have free delivery that comes in about 1-2 business days. It is well worth the price. Recommend to any person or business looking for good, high quality juices.
