I asked 3 different companies to visit and quote for replacing my boiler. I was really impressed with E and W. They asked all the right questions and their quote was very competitive. They also offer ongoing support, which is important to me. The installation went very smoothly. The installer did a great job and completed the installation within the expected time. It's early days yet, but the boiler is behaving itself and I know I can call E and W if I need them.

E&W Plumbing have been absolutely fantastic in our hours of need! Very quick to respond, excellent communication and very professional. Simon replaced an old boiler for us and we were very impressed. He was very efficient, polite, tidy and a general nice bloke! Thank you!

I manage a primary school in Oxfordshire and we recently switched to E&W for our plumbing and heating maintenance. Harry, our engineer, is very friendly and goes out of his way to help us. Communications are efficient and clear, and pricing very fair. Would highly recommend.

We have just had a gas boiler replaced by Connor, who was polite, friendly and worked hard to deal with various installation complexities. He was conscientious in his work and the new boiler is working well.
Richard surveyed the requirements of the change and was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the job.

We have used E and W for many years for a wide variety of jobs including a new gas boiler and radiators. They are absolutely excellent and we thoroughly recommend them - world class.

E&W recently replaced taps and sinks in our kitchen, bathroom and utility. Their communication was timely and very clear. Their estimates were detailed and the work was done quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with all aspects of the service.

We were about to go on holiday when we discovered a leak in our cistern, threatening to flood the bathroom. We called E&W Plumbing & Heating & 90 minutes later they had arrived - and sorted the problem for us including fitting a new part. It was a life saver for us.
We have been using E&W for years and have an old rural property with challenges, but they have solved every plumbing & heating issue with speed & courtesy.

Amazing service
I called E&W in a bit of a panic, having found water coming through our ceiling. They were able to get a staff member out to us within 10 minutes of my call. They were able to fix the leak there and then. Thank you ;)

Richard at E and W Plumbing and Heating installed a gas central heating system into an old cottage nearly 9 years ago. He was sensitive to the age of the property and identified solutions to the structural issues. He communicated well and on subsequent annual visits to service the boiler, his team were respectful, neat and tidy. Highly recommended.

Have used E & W Plumbing 3 times now. The office handles the appointments nicely, the quotes are always broken down by parts and labour, and the people who attend seem knowledgeable and get the work done in a tidy, timely manner.

This company is fantastic! They come when they say they will come; they are polite and efficient, and they never leave any mess behind. They have solved every problem I have presented them with, and their solutions have never caused further problems. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

So happy to have found this company. Always turn up when they say and so helpful and polite, not to mention the fact they have fixed lots of things that others have not managed. Dan and two others were here today and have replaced two taps, serviced the boiler and lagged some pipes. Unobtrusive and tidy - really happy with their service.

On the 16 Dec 14:20, a Friday, while aboard my tenant called to say water was dripping through the ceiling.
I immediately contacted my letting agent and asked them to find a plumber as soon as possible. I was informed there might be an afterhours charge.
At about 17:00 give or take a few minutes either way? E&W came to investigate but found the roof was the problem, not plumbing, and put one of the tenants towels in the loft to soak up some water and left. The tenant said the engineer was on site about 10 minutes. At 5:21 the tenant contacted me a bit after the engineer had left to say the situation was not dangerous. Well, so far so good and relieved.
However the working hours for E&W are 8:30 to 17:00 so charged me £90 + another £90 for out of hours, by a few minutes? Total £180. Rather shocked and disappointed.

I've used E&W several times now for both plumbing and heating services and both times they have been fantastic. The communication from booking the visit through to the engineer arriving is excellent and the staff on-site have always been friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to go to them for future services.

From start to finish my boiler change was carried out in a professional manner. The work force were a pleasure to have in the house. The work was completed as the quotation. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would highly recommend to any one with plumbing needs.

Professional and pleasant staff from start to finish. The staff on site had good attention to detail and were happy to explain the installation. We would totally recommend them and we have been customers for several years.
