The lady I saw was very good explained everything regarding my earring aids and made me very relaxed she gave me demo ones to try I thought that was a good idea too see how they felt and how I got on with them with that I purchased them I am so pleased with the full experience from start to finish the customer service was very good nothing was to much trouble for her answered all my questions very professionally

Excellent visit from start to finish.
First class service. Very profesional and thorough. Ear wax removal was painles and a very pleasant experience mainly down to the positive and "can do" attitude.
Would recomend this service to anyone, just a shame its ony rated up to 5 stars as I would have given the experience 10 out of 10.
