What a fantastic experience! We had an existing facility in place with another lender, but could see the efficiencies in moving across to Timelio from both a transparency point of view and also cost-saving.

From the outset, Samantha and the team were amazing. They helped us compare current funding costs to the Timelio offer, showed us how the platform worked, and helped co-ordinate every facet of the refinance which meant we didn't have to worry about a thing!

The experience with Timelio has been a very positive one; the platform is easy to use, the support team and analysts are always on call for any questions, and funding is quick and easy. Unlocking invoices has really solved our cash flow issues and has set us up for a record year.

We switched over our factoring facility to Earlypay in Oct/2019 from one of the big 4. Our last contract with Earlypay expired in Oct/2020 and so we renewed for two years without hesitation. We highly recommend Earlypay to anyone who is interested with invoice finance, invoice factoring and invoice discounting as you will certainly experience a lot of things exceeding your expectation. As far as we are concerned, the most competitive strength Earlypay have, compared with big 4, are their flexibility and customer service. Earlypay have been flexible most of the time with us and are always willing to listen to our story when we go through extraordinary time as well as to offer a solution to us to assist. In terms of customer service, the way we have been treated by our account manager Andrew Summers makes us believe we are a valuable customer for them and they wish to establish a long term relationship with us and so do we. We are glad we switched to Earlypay earlier and we look forward to working with them in long term.

We've had a large Trade and Debtor facility offer from Timelio and were impressed by the response. It did take a little longer than anticipated to set up the account and the verification process afterwards is somewhat time consuming. However, having used other similar facilities with other providers this is certainly one of the better ones.

The team were able to turn around a complicated application in a short amount of time for a client.
David went out of his way to assist with having the deal settled in a timely manner.
