I was a regular subscriber to this company, had a problem with my last order, it smelled a bit moldy, I sent several emails and never heard a response. So I cancelled all my subscriptios, I did love many of their products but because of poor customer support I no longer will buy their products. Funny though as I keep getting ads all the time of the sales and products they have, but again no response from them. I was very disappointed

I ordered some sample packs of Cacao Bliss and added on a large package hoping to like it. I was disappointed with flavor and the fact that there was so little product for the money. So I sent back the larger package for money back. After 3 months of not seeing any refund decided to call and press the issue. Sure enough they had received the package 3 months earlier and apparently had no intention of refunding. This is just plain dishonest and I wonder how many thousands of customers they have also done this to. They stated that I had not replied to their email and given them the tracking number! Even though they had the tracking number recorded in their system.
