I was extremely comfortable with my salesman Bob in Vero Beach but have found out that he is no longer there. Not sure why companies feel the need to move people around but as a consumer it is very frustrating. His replacement does not have his connective ability. As for the hearing aids, they seems to be doing a good job.

The service is excellent but having with the blue tooth program. Can’t use my IPhone and iPad the same time. Also the aids are programmed to the blue tooth on the TV.

I have had my aides for a year ( Widex) and am very pleased. When there are issues as to be expected, I am seen promptly and cordially and at no cost. Lisa and Randy in the Mandarin office offer expertise and outstanding customer service. Very pleased.

EarTiHear provides excellent service. I’ve come in “in panic mode” twice and they calmed my fears of damaging my hearing aids, showed me what to do in a detail I missed in my training. The only reason I gave a 4 is that I don’t do 5 or 10 because no one is perfect. I’ll recommend to those I come across who could use the services.
