Sorted out my domain name renewal straight away after I realised it had expired. Glad support has returned to the uk 🇬🇧 support is now much better.

Terrible company
Terrible company. Slowly moving all my services away. Slow to respond, slow to action - systems don't work apart from their ability to invoice and charge on time.
Digital age. 3-5 days to respond! Says it all. If the systems (up date records etc) actually worked I wouldn't need to use "customer (no) service". Actually respond to Trust Pilot review quicker than customer issue. Wow!

Contacted customer support to renew a lapsed web domain. Replied with the hour and after checking a few security questions the domain was back up and running.

Disappointed that I couldn't actually…
Disappointed that I couldn't actually speak to a live person,rather than emails. Having said that Chris persevered with me and my problem was resolved, not quite sure why it would work sometime and not another. I noticed on another persons problems Easily referred to Outlook as a 3rd party, I did not know that Easily had its on emailing software.

Excellent domain renewal service
As a small branch of the RSPCA easily has hosted our domain name for many years and as we have the option to pay for renewal every two years by direct debit I no longer worry if I am going to miss our deadline.

Efficient renewal and customer service by Tracy at Easily
I had to renew my domain and unfortunately the reminder came after the expiry date but advised I had 30 days to activate payment to renew, so all was not lost. It did not give a cost on the reminder which was rather bizarre, so I emailed Easily and got a very prompt response from Tracy Spencer with the cost. When I activated a payment method I emailed back to advise and request the renewal and she replied almost immediately with confirmation and details regarding the invoice process and that my domain was active and mine again.
Very efficient, professional, prompt and knowledgeable service from Tracy. I understand that Easily has relocated it's customer support from overseas to the UK to give customers a better service and this is a perfect example and well done to Easily for being a company who puts customer experience first. I will recommend them again now!!

Should be renamed difficultly
Should be renamed www .difficult.co.uk : I've been their customer for 23 YEARS for domain name hosting & e-mail forwarding. Late last year they disabled my e-mail without any prior warning. Problem is that they only accept communications by e-mail [ NO webchat / no phone number] .....one week later my e-mail was back on. Yes, it took a week to resolve using an alternative e-mail address to complain .... but they sent their initial responses back to the e-mail they had on file for me. Yes, the one that was disabled!! So this year i decided not to renew the hosting but to transfer to another provider. So i messaged them asking for the authorisation code i believed i needed. I was expecting a reply saying 'sorry to see you leave..and a little help with the process [ as you would think they might hope i'd return]. What did i get in response? E-mail disabled. All e-mail boxes emptied. No message of any sort. No control panel access. Request for help not answered within 24 hours. nb My new hosting company did help out and got me back up and running . In summary there are many possible companies providing the same service; my advice would be - use somebody / ANYBODY else!!
UPDATE: in response to the reply below i'd observe that easily have themselves confirmed how poor their 'customer service' is - they say below "On 02-03-2025 around 9:00am we received a request from you asking that the IPS Tag be updated so you could transfer your domain. This was actioned around 9:04am by one of our team who notified you of this." NO THEY DIDN'T - they received a request to commence transfer of domain. I actually asked for an authoriation code. They then asked who i was moving to. I told them. THEY THEN DIDN'T COMMUNICATE AGAIN. They simply changed some codes and deleted everything to do with my domain. I AM NOT A COMPUTER EXPERT. I had no idea what was going on as they didnt tell me what they were going to do OR WHAT THEY HAD DONE [ i'm guessing they probably sent a message to the e-mail address they had just disabled...!!]. Their first actual reply to me was TWENTY SEVEN HOURS later. Easily, get a grip - how many more 20+ year loyal customers are you going to lose before you realise your current 'customer service' is woefully inadequate?

No response from Easily when things go…
No response from Easily when things go wrong. Forwarding of emails through my domain has stopped, despite raising a support ticket, no response from Easily. Senders are receiving a message about my inbox being full, which is nonsensical. I've no way of knowing what emails I'm not getting and no way of knowing if/when it will be fixed. Not being able to phone someone is also very frustrating.
UPDATED - only fair to update this to advise that once Easily did get in touch with me they fixed the problem straightaway and very helpful & responsive with their emails.

On line support was very good but strung out over a couple of days. Disappointing not to be able to talk to anyone and I don’t know what would have happened had my email not been working on all devices.

Having regular issues with Easily
Having regular issues with Easily. Emails to support are not being replied to for days and we are unable to speak to anyone. They continue to write to me to say no valid card on my account but they had recently taken a renewal fee. Been without email now for 3 days and had confirmation from them before email went down they had renewed and taken my money. Hopeless situation to be fair

You cannot speak to easily :(
I have been a paying customer of easily for over 20 years. In the good old days you could call them and get problems resolved over the phone (usually immediately). This is no longer the case. They will only communicate with me via email (not much good if my email is not working). Time to move my account?

Issue with name servers
We had an issue with name servers which meant our website went down for three days. Easily support were very helpful in sorting out the problem quickly to get our website up again.
