We could not find what we were looking for until we found EasyBathrooms. The extensive range made it easy to piece our dream bathroom together. The staff were fabulous & we cannot thank Steph enough. She has helped shape our vision for our ideal barhroom & ironed out the few bumps we had. An amazing experience & such value for money

Helpful staff but not pushy.

I would recomend easy bathrooms to anyone who is looking to get there dream bathroom.We where wanting to re-arrange our original bathroom but we wernt sure we could get what we asked for due to the layout of our current bathroom.Helen from easybathrooms was able to desighn and plan our new bathroom from start to finish and she was able to give us exactly what we asked for.She helped us pick tiles vanity units,mirrow etc.She talked us through the process from start to finish and we couldnt of asked for anything else.

Lex from easy bathrooms was really helpful with me giving guidance where needed, and being very patient with me, looking forward to my bathroom project to start, five stars from me.

Lexi couldn't of been any more helpful communication and getting order sorted was so easy excellent set up and loads of choice will be visiting again

Would definitely recommend easy bathrooms to anyone looking for a new bathroom. The service from day one has been excellent, we only purchased products but the staff could not have been more helpful especially Steph and Andy who went above and beyond.

Superb range of bathrooms and top quality with excellent service - the staff really went out of their way to help us with our choices and discuss different options.

I have recommended this company to everyone! We were so impressed with the variety of bathrooms in the showroom and Lee worked with us to design a number of bathrooms to meet our budget but ensuring we got exactly what we wanted in terms of design and aesthetic. So happy with the advice from beginning to end and the on screen designs were fantastic!

Only got to the price, medium sized bathroom with shower and separate bath, couple units, tiled and a cupboard ripped out (20min job).

Price - £10.5k for bathroom fixtures no issue but then in additional 14.5k fitting. Let’s say that again £14,500 for fitting an average medium size bathroom.

They are taking people eye balls out, avoid!

Also took an age to get a price and then I asked to have my mail passed to the director to justify the prices and he never contacted me.

Poor!

Very helpful, friendly, professional staff. I was given excellent advice on a walk in shower to replace a bath. As a senior citizen I can appreciate that at some point a walk in shower could be really useful for access reasons. The lady (staff) really listened to my requirements and made some very useful suggestions, and all at a very reasonable price too. I would recommend!

Such a great choice.We had an idea what we wanted when we visited the showroom but left with something completely different. We are delighted with our purchase.

The installation of our new bathroom has just been completed and I have to say that I was extremely impressed by the service we received from Easy Bathrooms
We had some ideas about the bathroom we wanted when we first visited their store in Team Valley, Gateshead but we were amazed at the choices displayed in the showroom. Fortunately, Steph was on hand to help us through the process and find the right items to fit our requirements
We ended up with a substantial order at very competitive prices
The administration of the order was excellent. We chose the delivery date to suit our requirements. The order arrived as promised. It was well packaged and I’m happy to say arrived complete and in perfect condition
We used our own contractors to install the bathroom but I was so pleased to hear from them during the building process on a number of occasions that they thought the quality of the fixtures and fittings from Easy Bathrooms was outstanding
All in all the process has been carried out efficiently and effectively. We are delighted with the outcome. Many thanks Steph and your colleagues for your input
