Could do with a little UI work so that if you have EDF and another window open side by side on your desktop the EDF text boxes are visible. This would make it easier to enter data from balance sheet / P&L documents or online accounts etc.

Perfect software for self filing HMRC and Companies House accounts.
I'm not an accountant, just a landlord needing to file company accounts. This was the third software that I tried, the others assumed that you were book keeping for someone else. I managed to navigate my way around EDF as a total layman. Everything is explained. Videos and blogs were perfect, and a friendly, efficient REAL PERSON on the help desk to message when needed (for technical and procedural questions). Made a tedious unpleasant task much easier!

I feel duped. I did NOT sign up for emails from this company, and ended up paying £37 for a very cimple companies house filing, that should be £19.

I had some difficulties due to a date entry error, however the online chat support team responded within a minute and were able to rectify the problem for me as well as help me through my first filings with hmrc and companies house.

Easy to use and quick to support

I am financially reasonably savvy, but I have never had to file accounts with HMRC in IXBRL format; their solution made it easy. I also had some questions that a bookkeeper or accountant would know, but they explained them to me, and I could then amend the accounts before submitting them. Their software and support are off-the-chart good!!!
