The software didnt quite meet up to what we were informed and as a result we have ended up paying a late filling penalty of £375.00 we are apparently what is termed a micro community interest company and certain types of web filing were not permitted. I have no doubt used by the correct type of company it would work well, but for us this has proved expensive

My accountant filed with companies house but did not file with HMRC which generated a 100-pound penalty charge. Registered with Easy Digital where I used their template to file ct600 and ixbrl, had no idea what I was doing, but they supported me throughout the process even though the sub I paid for covered only the use of their template. They helped me step by step, as I struggled and was frustrated as figures were not adding up, they guided me and were quick to respond to the chat, till we finally got the accounts sorted and had it submitted. Will be using their advanced services, defo not doing that again. Will recommend this company, their support was amazing. Thank you so much, I can sleep well tonight.

I have tried these sites before with mixed results.This portal was easy to use and straight forward to set up.
Emma was my advisor she was relevant and succinct
then prepared the accounts quickly and efficiently. which is what you want from an accountant. I will certainly recommend them and use them again
