everything ok up till now know better when i have the computer in three weeks time.
My computer has arrived and I found it easy to install It works nicely but however there was no instructions as to how the computer worked or the layout of the keys.

I am writing this review purely based on the service provided by one of the employees based at EasyIT - Persia.
I ordered my laptop on the 27/5 and after having had no update as to the status of the order, contacted EasyIT to enquire as to the status of the order.
Persia went above and beyond in dealing with my query. She chased up my order and gave me constant communication regarding its status, and fast tracked it's dispatch due to the delay.
EasyIT are lucky to have such a fantastic employee representing their company; Polite, efficient and caring. She put my mind at ease immediately when I was dreading contacting a company who I had never dealt with before to chase up my order. Thank you Persia!
I will write a follow up review once I receive my laptop to comment on how good the product is.

I recently bought a refurbished laptop from EasyIT. it was advertised as having 8Gb of memory and when I received it, it only had 4Gb. I explained this to the help team and was dealt with quickly and professionally by Persia-Lili, who dealt with the problem from start to finish. Obviously, quality control could have been better but the issue is, how a company deals with problems and I have to say, this was second-to-none. The laptops is great, functions well and almost new, rather than grade A. Would I buy from this company again?- yes I would!

Bought a refurb Dell E6430 laptop. Took a bit longer to arrive than I'd hoped but good communications throughout so no biggie. One small hiccup with the spec of the machine was quickly sorted out to my satisfaction.

my friend ordered a good laptop from here some time ago. i wanted the same, so i visited. at the address listed on the website there were a couple semi-luxury german cars outside and no signs on the plain, non-descript building. no windows or doors open in the summer, unlike the buildings next to it. a metal detector in the reception, CCTV at the door outside. was told the business had changed by a receptionist who was behaving evasively, despite website still being online with descriptive details about collection ? dodgy. wasted my time. definitely avoid
