They are always there when I need help with my bills. They are great

I have been investing in Easy Money for a number of years, and, overall, I have been very pleased with both the return on my investments, and the way in which transactions have handled. There is however one feature which relates to the reinvestment of interest which I find bizarre. Looking at my portfolio, I notice a number of investments which are of very low value. Not surprisingly, not one of these minuscule investments has generated so much as a brass farthing interest, and, as a result, all are totally pointless. What I find even stranger, is that, although my account tells me I am earning around 6.5% on these low value investments, the true rate is actually zero percent. I would suggest that a minimum reinvestment of interest of say ten pounds should be actively considered. Individual sums of lesser value could be carried forward until the total reach the designated minimum reinvestment level.

I literally cannot think of any other financial institution that can liquidate such large investments AND move such large sums of money, so unbelievably fast.
I.e. £ 729,000 in under 3 hours !

I used to own 10 HMO'S I've now sold 8 of them and put all the funds into Easymoney, as a professional lender I'm currently getting 9.5% return, I'm getting around the same return that I did with the HMO'S but without the headaches of running them, once I've sold the remaining 2 I'll be putting those funds in to. It's an amazing platform which I have advised many friends and family to use and the customer service is great. Whoever is running the company needs a big pat on the back, they are doing an amazing job! well done all at Easymoney may your success continue.

What a product

Flexible, easy to use, great team.

I have loved using the platform and has provided me a great source of income on cash that would otherwise be sat their in a bank at half the interest at best. The low LTV means for me it is a very sensible risk and spreading my cash across different deals lowers that risk further.

I regularly recommend this product to anyone I can so would highly recommend to anyone reading this.

What can I say. Been with these now several years . At first was sceptical but now I'm.fully on board and investing as much as I can when I can. Money easy to invest and withdraw. Customer service brilliant very efficient helpfull. Looking forward to many more years working and investing with these. I never leave reviews but feel I needed to on this daunting times we love in this is tje best decision ive made in over a decade. I have been impressed by EasyMoney on both my accounts IFISA. & Regular account steady returns in line with projections and from personal experience access with one day if required . On average returning 7.50% pa . I have recommended this platform to friends and family with confidence .

I have been investing in easy money for three years now. It’s been such an easy investment, with consistent and above average returns. I would highly recommend to any one looking at medium to long term investment opportunities.

I am very pleased with easyMoney. The fact that my portfolio is diversified means it is particularly valuable for my current situation.
Previously I had a buy to let portfolio and the returns with easyMoney are without doubt superior and more consistent.
The regular monthly cash flow is ideal and the fact that it is property backed makes me feel confident and that my investment is secure.
