Clean, well-organised, and fantastic customer service
I am currently using a container unit at easyStorage Gotham to store household items and have had a brilliant experience. The entire site is very clean, well-organised, and incredibly easy to navigate. The containers themselves are spotless, and the location is highly convenient if you need a spot that isn't too far from Derby, Loughborough or Nottingham.What really stands out is the customer service team. They have been incredibly helpful with all of my queries. I even had to give them a quick call when I first arrived at the facility, and they were more than willing to assist me right away. During a recent visit to drop off some items, I also happened to meet two of the guys working on-site, and they were super nice and genuinely friendly people to talk to. I highly recommend them

Godfred, Jerry and Iuri were outstanding from start to finish. They worked seamlessly as a team, were incredibly efficient, and handled everything with real care and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble, and they kept a calm, positive attitude throughout the move. They made a potentially stressful day feel completely smooth and under control. I would highly recommend them.
Couldn’t have asked for a better team than George, Barry and Darren. They were friendly, reliable, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They handled everything with care and kept things moving smoothly from start to finish. Their positive attitude made a big difference on the day. A genuinely great service.
