Since writing this review I was contacted by the franchise director Cheong. He was very apologetic that this was my first experience today and I met him at the site today. He could not have been more helpful. So, I have now given four stars instead of the original 1. You don’t know if something is good or bad until it goes wrong. Maybe too much tech for this old fashioned person. Thanks again Cheong
I wanted to give this a 5. I turned up today at the storage site with a car full of stuff. The app for the gate and the lock worked perfectly. Drove home for a second load, got to the site. The lock didn’t load on the unlock tab on the app. Rang the LockVue number, got AI assistant, no help whatsoever. Rang the Easystorage number, exactly the same. Sent emails. Went onto the websites, used their contacts, all while stuck at the site in the freezing cold, waiting for someone to get back to me. Then when I had lost over half an hour waiting, that cost me another car load, the app froze at the opening the gate. I was panic stricken. Eventually after logging in, out, repeat, it opened. I wanted to be able to use this on my own but my confidence is now so low I will be cancelling my contract as soon as. Your customer services on a Sunday are non-existent. Really gutted.
