Was a customer of another food company but we now used Chefly. We don't order every week but every couple. The food choices are really good and it’s nice to know they are healthy meals. From the meals we have chosen so far they have all been delicious. I have now added breakfast muffins to the order! They keep you informed when you have a delivery and any problems are answered promptly. It feels like you are dealing with a company that is actually bothered about its customers and that’s what like about them. I also now have friends and family who order from them. Excellent company.

Amazing Taste...Would recommend to try it out

I recently had the pleasure of trying out eatchefly, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience.
The menu selection was diverse and exciting,offering a wide range of cuisine to cater to different tastes. I ordered the Mexican Bavette, chicken tikka masala, Teriyaki salmon, Japanese chicken and paradise rice and also some egg bits the food was appetizing.
And let me not get started with the delivery process, it was seamless and I appreciate the attention to detail in the packaging, ensuring that the food arrived in the perfect condition to my doorstep.

Been with chefly for a few months now and I love the food. Try mexican bavette or chicken tikka masala,the chorizo/bacon egg bites are so tasty (veggie options too) and the truffles! The cranberry and pistachios ones are the best ever! These have been my favourites so far,I would recommend as well the new black risotto with mushrooms,tried last week and it was fantastic! Great customer service so far. Content overall and looking forward to receiving my next order ☺️

I'm on my 3 Order I've try jerk chicken teriyaki salmon and lamb kofta chicken couscous I've also had dates and coca truffles baand bacon egg bites and cheese cake I can what for my next order to come 😋

I've been using Chefly for a couple of years now. They are delicious and healthy. You get to choose how healthy. ;)

Initially I lost 15KG by ordering their keto (low carb) meals which made not ordering treats from supermarkets easy as I don't have to order from them every week. Instead of carbs these meals are accompanied by super foods like kale, squash, and quinoa, or cauliflower rice. The chicken satay is a great low carb meal.

More recently I've moved more towards their steaks which are very tasty, and come with potatoes or beans. The peppered steak is a firm favourite for me.

The menu changes over time, and their new Jerk chicken with rice is absolutely delicious.

They are great if you want to control your diet, or just want reliable healthy food delivered regularly.

Thought I would try this Company now that I am now less able to cook for myself. The nice, colourful website and unproven, emblazoned reviews disguise complete ineptitude, false promises and shockingly bad customer service.

I only expect two things from any Company, firstly, to get what I pay for and secondly, good old fashioned honesty. Chefly have provided me with neither.

Having made an order for several meals for delivery today, 27 December 2023, I received continuous email updates assuring me the meals would arrive today with updates apparently from DPD announcing their arrival. Until this morning. No updates and nothing from DPD.

I contacted the Company who stated that I had been informed on 21 December 2023 that the meals would now be delivered on 29 December 2023, whereas on 21 December 2023, I was actually emailed the following...

"Hi Carl

We hope you're enjoying your latest Chefly meals.

Just a heads-up that we’ve taken a payment of £34.94 for your next delivery due to arrive on Wednesday 27th December."

This reiterated that the meals would be delivered today, the 27 December 2023. When I confronted Maja (their hapless customer service agent), his/her/they response was "everyone deserves a holiday". Quite witty I thought if it were not for the fact that I bought no shopping as I was supposed to be eating their food!

I would offer the following advice about this Company:

I am unable to comment on their product as I've not received it however, if they value their product as much as their customers I can only surmise as to the quality.

If you wish to rely on this Company to fulfill your needs, DO NOT.
IF YOU ARE DISABLED, IF YOU ARE A SERVICE VETERAN PLEASE REPOST

To be expecting a food delivery when you struggle to cook for health reasons it is hard to bear to be told on the day of the delivery that you will get no food for that day, Chefly made excuse after excuse and my honest opinion is that my concerns were not met. They offered the meals for free this Friday (which I declined) and a refund in the end, however, it did not make my life easier as I had to wait two days for a home delivery from another company.

If you are hungry, expect to get what you have paid for or receive an honest return, ie some food, for your hard earned cash...

Deliveries delayed, not arrived, and when trying to check with customer service, well, I am still waiting for Chefly customer service to reply back to me, and I sent an email and a few messages through their chat more than 3 days ago. On top of that, the taste of the food is not great and the meals get very repetitive, most meals using the same garnish as well. Overall, bad experience

I seriously hated this food! The taste is so horrible to be honest!!! For example Chicken Teriyaki is no way near to what I expect!!

The service is decent; setting up an account and initiating a subscription is quite straightforward. The portion sizes are generous, leaning towards being larger than expected, which justifies the pricing in terms of quantity and quality.
Unfortunately, I didn't particularly like any of the meals. They seemed to either lack flavor or have an unusual taste. The cuisine simply doesn't align with my palate.

I've been using Chefly for more than 2 years now and absolutely love it! I found them on deliveroo. I decided to subscribe to their meals when I got a first baby and so I wanted to save time. Being very active and health conscious, I think Chefly that does really well in that departement, while still delivering on Flavour! My only regret is that I wish they would introduce new recipes more often.

For personnal reasons, I've also just cancelled my subscription and I've litterally done in 1 click. Super easy to cancel.

KBK vegan meals are fantastic! The variety and taste of their plant-based dishes are impressive and perfect for my vegan lifestyle.

I had one meal which was spoilt due to faulty packaging , i contacted them about this and it took a week for them to reply, as it took so long to reply i asked for a refund rather than a credit as it was unlikely i would use them again, this is their reply...

Hi Keith, we don’t work on weekends. Sorry for this. And now we are in production for 15 hours straight. So not available all the time. We are a self funded start up. Sorry to have disappointed. Thanks, kaja

I contacted them again using their chat system and it appears 4 days later it has not even been read ! no sign of a refund !!

The atmosphere and good food were relaxing. It was a pleasure to have dinner. Great food and staff. Great atmosphere.

I was amazed at how quickly my order was delivered - it arrived at my doorstep within just a few hours of placing the order.

I love ordering from this restaurant because they have fast delivery and the prices are great. The food is always fresh and delicious. It's a win-win!

I have been with chefly for almost a year now. As someone who lives alone, works full time and studies part time, it has been fantastic service. I've tried green chef and hello fresh. I found hello fresh gave me way too much food and green chef were missing ingredients. I've had no problems with chefly. I've put 4 stars because I'm not sure how to recycle the biodegradable freezer lining (i dont have a car so cant go to a big recycling place), but love that I can recycle the rest. I waste almost zero food now as I did when I was trying to cook alone and struggled to find time to cook. I am looking forward to there being more recipes and I do find it easy to swap to try new ones.

Firstly, their food was always great, but I have just come back to them as they are now doing Keto and Low-Carb options which are much better for my health issues 😀👍🏼.
Secondly I’ve had some amazing above and beyond help from their customer service. 😀🏅
I highly recommend this company for both their delicious food and their excellent customer service. 🏆
