Amazing quality amazing service would definitely recommend. I just had my windows re done I choose to go for the blue tinted windows on a black frame the service was amazing and the installation was even better the windows look amazing I’m really happy with them I will definitely recommend using these guys as they are very trustworthy and do the job well done I’ve had no problem, everything was done step-by-step and they informed me of everything they were very good with getting hold of and kept in touch with all the dates in which I needed to get my installation done I really recommend these guys my windows look absolutely amazing I will be getting them done for my sons house next and recommend them to family and friends. Thank you so much now I will have a warm house for the winter thanks to your service.

We were connected to Eaton Home Improvements by the comparison website. From start to finish their service has been excellent. Communication was always fast and respectful. We had rosewood wooden windows that were making our house look tired. We wanted white A plus windows. We are really happy that we went with Eaton Home. The fitters worked very hard through the rainfall. Honestly the end result is amazing. In particular we love our porch area because of our composite door. Thank you Eaton and the comparison site.

The attention to detail that Eaton Home Improvements went into when offering me a quote was truly phenomenal. The time, energy, passion, expertise and patience they showed was remarkable. In fact, I would argue and say it's the best customer service I've had till date.

There wasn't an element of pressure or gimmicks that one would associate with your typical window companies. They were patient, informative, resourceful, understanding, supportive and helpful throughout the whole process.

I’m a builder from Warwick that contacted Eaton home improvements for a quote for my customers home. Their quote fell within my budget. I went with them because of their helpful service and fast quotation. My own building works presented some issues and delays but Eaton were very patient and accommodating. Their boys jumped in and helped us out with the plastering too. A flexible and friendly service. I had a bifold, 10 windows and an entrance door.

There were minor issues with our front and back door, which were both fixed promptly and expertly. Eight months after installation, we are still loving our triple-glazed windows. They have kept us warm over the winter and the noise reduction is amazing.

There are certainly aspects of our experience with Eaton Home Improvements that deserve 5 stars. Its attention to customer service is second to none, and Emma deserves 6 stars! However, we experienced a lot of preventable delays and there are quite a few remaining quality niggles (windows catching, visible gaps in the beading for some panes, kitchen door sagging) that we grew tired of pointing out. Hence the 4-star rating. All in all, though, I would still give Eaton serious consideration for your new windows and doors, especially if your job is not as big as ours.

We asked for several quotes to replace our 16 windows and three doors with triple glazing and install a composite front door. Two of the quotes were from the big two (Everest and Anglia); their quotes were quite high and their sales tactics pushy, clearly designed to get the customer to decide quickly. We decided to ask a third quote from Eaton, because they had a good Trustpilot rating and were – we thought – a local company (we live in the London area). The fact that they are not (they are located in Birmingham) turned out to be the main problem. It meant the installation process wasn’t nearly as smooth as it could and should have been.

We experienced considerable delays in getting the job finished. The original installation was meant to take place over 4-5 days in June with the installers staying over in the London area. But it stretched out over nearly six weeks because the wrong glazing was ordered for some of the panes and not all the right beading was included. Most importantly, the installer didn’t turn up when agreed, missing a full day, and worked short days for most of the other days. This resulted in the job being unfinished for many weeks, with half of our windows left unsealed and quite a few not openable over the hot Summer because of lack of beading. The installer in question is no longer with the company and his replacement – who completed the last day of our installation – was very good and hardworking.

The positives of Eaton are their fair price, fair quality product, and its excellent customer service; Emma will go out of her way to ensure customers are happy. Apart from the remaining quality niggles, the end result is very good. The triple-glazed windows make a big difference in cutting out the noise, our rooms are lighter than before, and the composite door is beautiful and safe. There was also far less mess during the installation than we feared and no damage to the surrounding walls. With a new installer and better planning of distance jobs I am sure Eaton Home Improvements will do well.

Came accross Eaton Home Improvements as we needed a double glazed door for our House. From start to end, a brilliant experience. Their customer service is brilliant and the quality of work is excellent. Very courteous staff who made the whole experience easy. Very competitive on price as you get a top quality job. Highly recommend.

Just want to leave a review for the recent work I've had done by this amazing company. Michael came to see us and was so attentive and gave us all the information we needed 00without asking. Everything went smoothly and after once we had the fittings done. So neat and tidy...excellent job very professionally handled in all aspects. I would 100% recommend this company as they have a lovely attitude, prices are not cheap but then you're getting the work done at high standards, quality material with total respect from the company.

Having used Eaton Home Improvements and being extremely satisfied in the past, I contacted them again as I now wanted to install a Panoramic Swing and Slide door. I was slightly nervous after Emma explained that they had new fitters, however she did inform me that they were professionals so I did go ahead with my order. Kelvin came to measure the area and do a site survey, he was very thorough and gave us invaluable advice. The fitter Haris was excellent. He was professional, polite and extremely diligent about fitting the door meticulously. He paid attention to detail and his work was clean, tidy and superbly executed. Overall I was very impressed. Will definitely be using Eaton again and I am recommending them to friends and family.

I had my full house fitted with pvc windows. I had excellent support and service from beginning to end from Eaton. Mohammed provided high quality service in measuring, explaining designs and following up regularly on my requirements, as well as checking in during installation.
Emma gave clear information and talked me through the full process with regular, friendly and helpful calls. All while being lovely to talk to. The company were clear and helpful on payment processes.
Anthony and his teammate did an excellent job of my windows. They were quick and strategic in their thinking of how to do them. I had a difficult original bay window and wooden frames so it was great to know that he was knowledgable and thinking if the right solution rather than jumping straight in.
