Review before I use
I gave three stars because I received my hair on time before my appointment. I ordered three bundles of natural wet and wavy hair, 20 inches, which seems sufficient for my desired style. I haven’t used it yet, so I may update my review once I do. Some reviews worry me about frizziness, so I’ll be looking out for that. I’ve tried several human hair brands, including store brands, and they’ve all been disappointing. Receiving my order on time and proper communication are crucial.

Very disappointed with this company.
The wig I received was very low quality, so I decided to return it. Their website clearly states that returns are accepted, and they even confirmed it by email. I sent the item back using tracked shipping and paid for it myself.
The package reached the destination country but got stuck in customs because an invoice from the seller is required. I contacted them several times asking for this invoice. They were replying before, but as soon as I mentioned the customs issue, they stopped responding completely. Even the shipping company tried to contact them, with no success.
As a result, the return cannot be completed. I have lost the wig, the return shipping cost, and customs fees. They claim returns are possible, but in reality they make it impossible. Avoid.

The fact that you took the time to ship the item back with tracked shipping, covered the cost yourself, and then received no help when customs needed an invoice — especially after they stopped responding — is not the kind of service we would ever want a customer to go through.Please know that we take this very seriously. We want to personally look into what happened and do whatever we can to make this right — whether that means refunding your order, covering your return costs, or both.We appreciate you sharing your experience honestly, even though it wasn’t a positive one. Good experience
I needed to make a change to my order and the customer service was timely and professional. They were able to accommodate my wishes. This is my first time ordering with this company and so far it has been great! I’m hoping for a good quality product for my vacation coming up!

Thought I was purchasing from Black…
Thought I was purchasing from Black owned company due to advertisement. Was not able to receive tracking number without downloading another App. Ordered 2/28/26 received 3/13. Also was advised I would have to pay additional fee for delivery. Contacted customer service which was “chat bot” no actual human help. Never again!

The hair is not like the pictures at…don’t buy
The hair is not like the pictures at all. It feels super dry and over-processed. I’m so pissed off because this hair does not look like the same hair from the YouTube videos. Doesn’t even curl up the same way. It’s like it’s the cheapest hair ever made to look nice in the package and it stills looks nappy. I’m sorry but don’t buy this mess. I wasted $149 on bull crap. The 💩 already shedding… in the package!!!! Wtf, first time buying from this company and it will be my last.

I go to the website to see how to cancel my order as my stylist appointment has already passed—I call the number on Eayon Hair website for “customer service” it’s not a real number. The email provided does NOT reply. SCAM SCAM SCAM, I haven’t been able to get my money back!!!

I ordered additional hair on March 4th. Paid in full. After numerous back and forth emails, with several different representatives, and a $125 hair appointment cancellation fee, I was promised my hair would be delivered by Monday. I was just informed my FedEx that the 2 day delivery process would not be delivered until Tuesday. I refuse to pay another cancellation fee. I will never ever order hair from Eayon again. I can't trust delivery, nor your word.

Scam
I ordered hair and after not hearing anything for a week, I emailed them just for them to tell me that the hair I ordered was out of stock(when I was ordering the hair, there was no indication of it being out of stock) when they gave me an opportunity to exchange it I did and they replied, saying that it was shipped. Couple days later I emailed them asking for the tracking number for the new order, but they kept wanting the old tracking number so when I gave it to them, but explained the situation they just told me the same thing from the beginning so I just asked for a refund (I haven’t gotten my refund yet, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t so I’m prepared to just dispute it from my bank) . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE SCAMMED!!!

Eayon hair is amazing and so easy to manage. I have gotten so many compliments. I am also a hairstylist and would recommend this hair anytime. It curls really nicely, takes color well and washes really good. I've straightened it as well. I've ordered the light yaki tape ins, in a 18inch. I believe I purchased 80 pieces in total. Its enough for a full head. Next time I'll order 22 inch and more pieces for length and fullness. It blends with my coarse hair very well when maintained! Thank you
