Will NEVER use this company again. I ordered on May 2nd. For a hair appt on May 16th. Thought that might be enough time to ship but they did not give an estimated delivery date so I shld hv known better. It said 1-3 business days to process then it would be shipped and tracking info would be received. On 3rd business day which was May 6th I followed up to check bc no tracking was received. The lady "Luna" responded with it was shipped on its way to CA already and would be delivered to me within 2 days after it left CA. I would get tracking when in CA. On May 11 still no tracking info so I requested a cancelation at this point bc I need hair in 4 days.... Luna lied and said it was sent to CA on May 7th...mind you when we corresponded on May 6th she said it was en route then so she LIED. I asked for tracking info or proof it was sent. NOTHING.... They REFUSED to cancel my order even though it was NOT in route to me!! I went to the website to try to track it and got confirmation that it was NOT SHIPPED... I filled out a form to cancel it AND tried reaching an agent. They do not answer the phone and no agent ever got on the chat! On their site it says you can cancel an order if it has not shipped but they refused to do so and mind you I have a hair appt in a cpl days and need hair asap and im fighting with this company to get my money back bc they clearly have not shipped the order to me and its been 10 days at this point. I screen shot all the proof the order wasnt sent and they refused my cancelation and gave it to my bank to dispute cause I dont have time. This is BS...Idk what quality the hair is but customer service sucks and they do not follow their own guidelines. Do yourself a favor and avoid them because they will avoid YOU and lie to you if you have a problem!

I feel like the purchase is a fraud because the amount that you get cannot do an entire head put together a whole head of a package that can do an entire head. People shouldn’t have to purchase three different to get a complete hairdo

Patient service and speedy delivery
I spent a lot of time researching different vendors and textures. It was only after interacting with their customer service in real time that I was able to decide to purchase. They answered all of my questions. Even with the time zone gap they always got back to me in a timely manner. They also kept me in the loop on my order which shipped super fast. I already returned to make another purchase. 5 star customer service! Haven’t worn the hair yet but I’ve received the first order, washed it and it feels great.

Soft Hair with Eggy Chemical Smell
While the hair was soft with a beautiful curl pattern, it had an eggy smell. I shampooed the hair in cool water and let it air dry. After it was dry, it still had a slight eggy smell but I assumed it would go away as it aired out more.
I installed the hair and after 7 days, these are the issues:
• Terrible reaction on the scalp: itching, soreness, flakes
• There is a hard non-flexible plastic piece in the area where the hair connects to the string. This makes the crochet method incredibly difficult
• Eggy smell that will not go away
• Curls flattened out and did not retain shape after spraying with water
• Hair thinning on the ends
The hair had to be removed after 7 days and the scalp had to be treated with medicine to help with itching and flakes.
I was able to see additional reviews from customers on Instagram and Youtube who stated they had similar issues with this hair, which means your company has known about these issues.
I hope your company does a thorough review of your product and makes the necessary changes.

We take quality control very seriously and strive to provide the highest-quality products to our customers. We want to make things right and would like to offer you the best hair and we will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied with our product. Our stylist will spray some mousse to hold the pattern better after the styling work is done. It is the smell after the final design, please do not worry. After a few washing, the smell will come out gradually. In order not to delay the use of customers, all orders are packaged and shipped when they are completed, there is no time to dry for a period of time, coupled with the delay in transit, customers may smell some smell after receiving, customer can wash several times, and then put in a ventilated place to dry for 2-3 days which will be better.Additionally, your feedback will be extremely helpful to us in improving our products in the future.

For hair, the most important thing is the care of the issue, especially for the bulk hair, because it is to be braided, but also increase the possibility of tangles. So when adding human hair to the braids, make sure to braid a good inch or two of the hair into the braid to prevent shedding.
Human hair can still tangle, although less than synthetic hair. Try finger detangling daily and wrapping your hair with a scarf and bonnet at night to minimize tangling.

I am beyond annoyed. I ordered hair on 4/18, and it is now 4/24. Per their website it says they process orders within 3-5 business day. It has been that I have yet to get an update. So, I canceled the order, again per their website and I've called several times! Where they messed up with me is no response, but I know how to handle situations as such as. Go legal which. It's not about the money it's the principle for me. It looks bad for the business and to customers to not respond at all. But good thing I'm married to a lawyer. I really dislike games. Simple acknowledgement goes a long way. If things are crazy, short staffed, sick, kids whatever, I get that but acknowledge your customers.

Overall not happy
At first, when I got the hair, we were all so excited. Then we noticed it was shedding a lot. Also, some pieces could not be used because they were broken. The material you used to connect the thread on most pieces was so large that it hurt and broke hair on the install. Not happy at all. However, we made it work.

I was worried about my order not being received in time but once I reached out to customer service efforts were made above and beyond to get me what I needed even a few days before. This company definitely isn't lacking in the value of customer service, something companies don't value anymore!
