Not a good experience with service.

i've been hearing alot about how ecam secure is being unfair with their employees. something that bother me the most is that they're being treated unfairly. i've been doing alot of research and feel like they're are being underpaid with the work that they have done. Now in 2020 a new hires will start off at a higher pay with no type of experience what so ever while some of the old hire are still stuck below that pay grade who have build experience with the company for the last few years. Not just that, i even heard that their employees have not yet gotten a raise in a very long time without a back pay. some of these employees does not have a voice so i will speak up for them. oh and where is the hazard pay ? i will also put in this complaint with the BBB.org
- Ecam employees if you are reading this and feel like this company is not taking care of you, please start looking for a new company who is willing to pay you for what you are worth.

We are very pleased with the product we received, the service and assistance provided. Whenever you go with the lowest bid you are concerned in the quality of the product and support. However, we are extremely pleased with our solar powered camera trailers, the team at Ecam worked with us to make several special accommodations. We are very impressed with every step of the process to include training and onsite deployment. We would highly recommend Ecamsecure.

Based on the review I have read, I called the Company and talked to John Leota, very friendly, nice and said someone will contact me the next day.Two days passed without any calls. Called back again, John answered and apologized for not received any calls.Never gotten any calls again and has been 5 days already.

This organization is extremely professional, reliable and are attentive to our needs. They are not just selling a product. Their staff listens to what our needs are and executes the plan to perfection. They are an integral part of our overall physical security strategy and they have been able to recommend their expertise at the same time saving us money and helping to provide a safe environment for our employees and safeguarding our customer's merchandise.

The cameras were great. The mobile app that allowed us to look in on the site was a great addition. we had a few hiccups with the monitoring team but they responded and things went smooth.

So Far PEP Solar has enjoyed the service from Ecamsecure. Great service.

They have always shown up when they say and the monitoring is a good feature.

With respect to the technician, Robert Garcia, who responded to our needs and installed the equipment, I would give him personally 5 stars. He thorough, responsive, and professional. He handled everything from the site survey, bidding the job and installing the equipment. No one else from Ecamsecure has every contacted me to assist with our needs or offer suggestions.

Mitch did a great job, professional, thorough and on point. Very impressed with the quality of the installation!

The pricing is good. The sales is great. The install is very good and very helpful.
Somehow the order got messed up and we ran up to the deadline to get the security installed up and running. THey did it, but much closer than I wanted.

The Ecamsecure Technicians are courteous and knowledgeable of the system that is installed into our facility. They always communicate the type of service to be performed and advise of the and result before leaving. They conduct themselves in a professional manner at all time.

Very good communication, a rare characteristic lately. Fast, responsive and polite. Still in-progress of implementation so this could all change, though it's pointing to further positive review.
