No return policy
Please be aware that this company does not have a return policy for prams. We had ordered an Out and About Double Nipper which we wanted to return after a few weeks in its unopened, intact state. However the company advised that they cannot take it back without the original brown delivery BOX (which was a monstrously big thing, about 3m in length- I wonder who would ever keep such a thing?!) This in practice means that their prams are not returnable.
Awful customer service, which a small company should not be able to afford.

I visited both the Lisburn and…
I visited both the Lisburn and Ballymena stores and the service was second to none. I must commend Lauren, Naomi and Lyndsay (i think that was her name). These girls knew their stuff, they were upfront with the products, not pushy and spend a lot of time with me to help me choose their premium bundle. The package prices are fantastic and can’t be beaten, as well as free delivery.
Will certainly be recommending to friends and family.

Great experience
We had such a great experience at Eclipse. Judith took her time to explain the pros and cons of the different prams and did a full demonstration with the ones we liked. She also gave us some really helpful advice to help us decide which pram to buy. The customer service was excellent. We will definitely be back for other items.

Last minute desperate purchase -came early!
Last minute long haul travel with 8 month old booked and was in desperate need for a travel pram. Came across this company via internet search. To be honest there was a different website that sold the same pram for cheaper (using their subscription discount) but I went with Eclipse as their delivery description was so transparent. I emailed the company that night with a desperate plea and received a kind reply early next morning. Following this I was notified my pram was shipped! I know some reviews said products were delivered in various wrapping forms but mine was in its proper box with no problem whatsoever.
Really grateful and would recommend this company for the reliability and good communication!

Love blankets are adorable
Love blankets are adorable. Packaging not good, very disappointing large amount of celeotape round the clear bag and paper slip that one of the blankets was in was ripped. Person I bought it for commented on the packaging and said it looked like amature packing. One of the blankets was folded neatly. Thank you. Hazel

I take your point regarding the packaging, these blankets are from a small local company, and the packaging doesn't do the product justice, this is an ongoing conversation with the supplier, and no doubt in the future will be presented better, as these are typically given as gifts.
With regards to the tape, we hold our hands up, this one is on us. On occasion we overdo the tape, and we’ll take this on board for future orders. If you need anything else in the future, we hope that you'll consider shopping with us again.

Great shop - friendly & knowledgeable staff
I had been into multiple shops to look at prams and other items and found the staff at Eclipse by far the most friendly and knowledgeable, so much so I drove back to purchase all my items even though there were many other stores a lot closer to me. Highly recommend

Amazing shopping experience for first time parents
As first time parents we couldn’t recommend Eclipse more! Lauren was so helpful and knowledgable with all of our queries and extremely friendly putting us both at ease. All of the staff were very welcoming and even let us try the pram in the boot of our car for size. We have now ordered our pram and other bits and pieces as there is a great range. The shopping experience doesn’t compare to the other nursery stores. There is no need to look further than Eclipse!

First class customer service
We recently had an issue with our pram, which we purchased from Eclipse just over 2 years ago. Judith and Lisa were both so so helpful. Very quick to get back to me, promptly resolved the issue and went over and above to contact the company and arrange a replacement part to be sent directly out to our house!! All of this was arranged within a couple of days of my original message. We can’t thank the staff at eclipse enough, and we wouldn’t go anywhere else! First class customer service as always.
