We have been trying to get in touch with this company since February this year as we were due a visit after 12months as we were approached by them to have our loft sprayed with foam and in the booklet they left with us a visit after 12months to check every is working and re-assess heating cooling and ventilation needs. I managed to get hold of the company that did the spraying and they hadn't delt with them for over 12 months which wasn't good news and that would just after our loft was done. In February I phones a couple of times and left a message as they would call back but no one rang back. I had no reply to emails either. I got in touch with citizens advice and trading standards as we have a 25year warranty certificate which isn't any use if you cannot get hold of anyone. Cityzens advice suggested that I write to the company and I paid for signed for which when I tracked to see if received someone had signed but no one has been in touch. Apparently they are still active as a business but lying dorment at the moment. If this company is genuine them there shouldn't be an issue with a visit. There has been a lot of bad press regarding having this type insulation and the surveyor said he would sort out a goverment towards it for us but cannot see that on the paperwork. All we wanted was, reassurance that we have done the right thing having it done. There was a member of staff who was able to speak to and helpful but I suspect she no longer works for them.

It would appear that this company no longer exists. It lost a county court action against me twice in Salisbury and then on appeal in Winchester and have been ordered to repay my costs. I have tried multiple times to elicit a response from this organisation by phone , letter and email and have received absolutely no response. The reason for this second post is to warn anybody thinking of engaging Eco Seal Solutions Ltd to be very careful and definitely don’t part with any money. If the company or the sole named director does have the courtesy to do what the courts have ordered I will post further.

From the inspection by Glenn last week up till the installation this morning the service provided was second to none, Glenn was very informative and professional and made me comfortable with making my decision to install the contractor who came to install was here bright and early and cracked on with the job, from start to finish was a very cheerful fellow, he showed me what work he had done by photos on his phone I.e. fitting the membrane lining to the actual isothane foam insulation, and he even hooverd up afterwards, top class service I would certainly recommend

On Tuesday, a surveyor called to check the loft to see if we could have loft insulation. A very pleasant man, and very knowledgeable about his subject. I was able to ask as many questions as necessary and he was able to answer them all, and explain things in a way which was easy to understand. Can’t praise him highly enough.
Today, (Friday), two young guys arrived to carry out the installation. Again, two very pleasant guys. They were well mannered, friendly and got on with the job at hand. When finished, they tidied up any mess made with no qualms.
It makes a pleasant change to come across people who enjoy their work.
Definitely 5 stars to all those involved.

Richard came to the house , and was friendly and helpful answered all of our questions.
The guys who fitted the membrane and sprayed the foam were friendly and very neat in their approach, also cleaned up after they had finished. Very pleased with the results, it's like a completely new room which could be used as a further bedroom/ bathroom or kids play area if we chose to now the foam has been fitted .

I am giving 5 stars because credit where due.
Eco seal solutions (ESS) are approved installers for Isothane spray foam (spf) which means their team has been trained - the manufacturer has a helpful technical department who confirmed this to me.
ESS are an SME so you dont get the big company customer experience, emails and phone calls returned instantly. I grew up in the 1970's and ESS lack a bit of modern protocol in their approach but mine was not a cold call, not a hard sell and I decided to buy something I thought I wanted - without pressure.
The price was fair.
The fact spf wasn't right for my house is partly my fault for not researching beforehand.
I cancelled the next day, ESS did not quibble and actioned it. SME, newish company and it's natural to worry about the return of the deposit.
But I have faith in the people I have dealt with to process the refund over the next few days as promised.
The 5 star is given for the manufacturer support and the no quibbles cancellation service I have received so far.
I can't comment on installation or whether spf is right for all situations , other than to say ESS are approved installers - something they don't even mention on their literature!

From our initial enquiry to the survey and the installation, Eco Seal Solutions were professional and polite. On his visit to our home, the surveyor explained the benefits clearly to myself and my wife, listened to any concerns we had and fully explained all of our questions, even showing photographs and evidence of previous work carried out by the company. We decided to go ahead and have the loft insulated as Eco Seal had also beaten the other quotations we had had prior to their arrival. The installation was booked for the following week and the team arrived bang on 9 am as arranged, they were very efficient and set about their job immediately upon arrival, taking care to cover our new hall and landing carpet with dust sheets before starting work. The whole job was completed that morning, we were shown a video of the completed job and I would personally recommend Eco Seal to anybody looking to insulate their home to keep warm and save some money on rising fuel bills. Excellent!!

My cousin who lives opposite me had an Eco Seal surveyor in her loft and he was very professional, showed her photos explained what they would do to improve the heat loss ect. I cheekily asked him if he would pop over and check my loft. To my surprise he did even though I hadn't made an appointment (excellent customer service in my book) . By the time he left we had both booked to have our lofts insulated, thinking we would have to wait a while we were both pleasantly surprised we were booked for 6 days later. They arrived at 9.30am covered the floors, did what they needed to do, cleaned up after themselves, very polite and pleasant even though they had dogs barking at them at both houses. Our homes are over 130 years old so very hard to keep warm. When lifting my loft door there was a breeze blowing through, not anymore , thank you so much and I'm hoping my home will be warmer and my bills will be cheaper.

Following spraying of my loft that left small areas bare and an uneven thickness across the roof. I was sent out an inspector to view the job.
Following a discussion it was agreed that the roof would be brought up to an acceptable standard.

The following day, a team arrived at the time agreed, looked at the job and discussed my concerns.
In view of the previous job, I cleared as much as I could out the loft and fully protected my property; only leaving the floor coverings to be protected.
The job was completed within an hour. I inspected the roof, identified minor issues that were repaired.

What could Eco-Seal Solutions do better.
1. Ensure the briefing that Salesman gives is both Company Policy and briefed to the Team Spraying. There was a significant disparity with my contract.
2. Communication between the Office and customer is speedily actioned. It took me 7 weeks to get remedial action agreed.

Would like to say a massive thank you to all at Eco seal Solutions for their speedy response to my cold, damp house. After calling them following a quick Google search I met with one of their representatives who after inspecting my loft and the current non-existent insulation, suggested a couple of methods if insulating the loft to make the whole house warmer. Surprisingly he recommended we proceed with the cheaper option and he left me with all the information we needed to make an informed decision. After contacting him a few days later an installation date was set for the week after that. On that cold December morning a van turned up at around 8.45 in the morning and out popped two young men. They explained exactly what they were going to do and set about covering the carpets in my hallway and stairs with protective covering. They soon had their equipment up and running and a few hours later after packing away their kit, they hoovered and presented me with a video of my loft complete with freshly installed insulation. The job was done quickly and to a high standard and I happily paid the chap who called for the balance payment over the phone. Since it has been done my home has been noticeably warmer over the recent cold snap we’ve had and I’ve noticed my heating has been coming on less frequently. I would heartily recommend Eco Seal solutions to friends and family and once again would like to thank their team for making my installation as unintrusive as they did. Bravo!!

Had my loft done this morning I don’t usually do reviews but had to share my experience regarding this company. I arranged a meeting reluctantly over 1 month ago. A Surveyor attended and explained thoroughly and clearly so we understood the benefits of having it done. The surveyor although we kept him at our home for over two hours was very polite and left after we completely understood his explanation. 4 weeks had passed and we called the surveyor to advise we would like to go ahead. He returned talked us through what happens next, we agreed and installation date of today and we’re advised of the names of the installation team. The loft was done in the timescale and the guys were very polite pleasant and extremely tidy. Within 2 hours our very cold upstairs was warm, both me and my wife knew then our decision was correct. I am extremely happy that we decided to go ahead with Eco Seal as we have had previous companies visit and we both didn’t feel confident. Thank you Eco Seal and all your team. I have already recommended you to my family.

Id like to share my recent experience, and to commend Eco-Seal Solutions on their professional staff, from the surveyor who arrived on time and carried out a full loft survey at my home. I was advised of all the benefits of the product and must state both myself and my partner felt comfortable and were put under no pressure at all during his visit to purchase. After one week and lots of discussions we decided to go ahead. The Installation team were prompt and very polite, they covered all our carpets with plastic before work commenced and once completed tidied and hoovered all the areas that were covered previously. I would highly recommend Eco Seal solutions to anyone who is considering new loft insulation. Last night was our first night and we only had our central heating on for a couple of hours. Very pleased.

Arrived on time, clearly informed us of the process, clean and tidy in their work. Wayne and Ryan very happy to let us see the work when it was all completed. Cleaned everything away when finished. Both were very respectful and polite and did a really good job.

I contacted Eco Seal Solutions after i noticed one of their vans outside my neighbour’s house and then after looking into them online i decided to investigate ways to reduce my heating bill. I called the office and requested a survey.

The surveyor was very knowledgeable and gave clear information about the benefits of insulating in general, but particularly about the spray foam insulation. He gave me a quote which i was very happy with and the installation was booked for a few days later.

Darren and John, the installers who came to do the job, arrived on time, they were polite, hardworking and set about their task, completed the job on time and tired up after themselves. All in all i was very impressed in all my dealings with eco seal solutions and would recommend them without hesitation to family and friends.

We booked an appointment to have our loft sealed by getting ECO-Seal to spray the underside of the roof rafters and roof under felt to better seal the roof space against heat loss and to reduce moisture levels in the rafters and old fibre glass insulation.
The team of Darcy and Ryan arrived on the appointed day and went straight to work, not even accepting a cup of tea. Their equipment , a hose from their vehicle outside was quickly laid into the loft, dust sheets having been laid covering the floors and walkways and work commenced.
Apart from a hum from the mixer in their vehicle outside, there was virtually no noise and the job was done before we knew it. The hose and dust sheets were quickly removed and there was nothing to show where they had been indoors.
Darcy and Ryan were very polite and we cannot speak too highly of their performance in carrying out the work and clearing away afterwards.
It has only been a month since the work was done so we cannot comment on what has other than it already seems a little cosier upstairs.

We recently had our loft insulations upgraded by eco seal solutions and what a difference it has made anyone thinking of getting it done should go for it, it really dose make a difference. The loft is really quite and the house is now so much warmer. The process. Was stress free, the surveyor was very well. Informed and professionall, and the installers have done a fantastic job. Definitely would recommend this company, best thing we've done.

The experience from start to finish was extremely professional. So, from making the initial enquiry, which lead to an on-site visit, within a few days, with the resultant quotation on the same day, added to clear and constructive advice, all of which enabled us to make a reasoned evaluation and decision. After confirming our order, the installation date was quickly arranged and confirmed. The all-important implementation was extremely efficient (the team arrived on time), the site was made ready and the work commenced without major hassle nor inconvenience. The work was completed and the site cleared. The quality of the work is good (as far as we know, as it's only been a week!), but we have sufficient trust and confidence
