Sceptical at First
I have had neck problems for the last 15 years but in the last 12 months I have struggled to be able to sleep without pain. I purchased the pillow out of desperation really to see if it could help. I am really pleased with the results. I have had the pillow for 3 weeks and although I am not totally pain free I am finding the pillow is helping my neck and I am sleeping better.

I love this knee pillow!
Most importantly, the knee pillow was the key to resolving the bursitis in my hip. It is far less intrusive in the bed than any other option I could find. It's just the right shape and support, plus it compresses enough to be squished into my carry on luggage yet pops right back to full strength.

Didn't solve my headache
I bought 2 pillows, one for myself and for my mother. Reading up on it I had high hopes to not wake up with a headache any longer. My mother gave up after 2 weeks tying to use it. She found it too high, too hard and her ear lobes got sore when lying on the side. And yes, we took out the little layer on the back to lower it.
As for myself, I thought I give it some more chance trying to get used to it. I tried it for about 8 month, but finally and sadly have to give up. Yes, it is hard to lie on and feels too high. I had the same problems with sore earlobes. But the worst part is that my morning headaches became more and more frequent and now I'm back to my old pillow.
I suppose one size doesn't fit all. I would say it is perhaps more suitable for larger people. I'm disappointed.

Great for side sleepers and neck arthritis
It took a while to ship and was lost in transit for a bit, but finally arrived (their tracking system updates were tricky to understand as they come from overseas and the customs updates were confusing). The company was responsive though. As far as my product review, I love the FreeFlow 2.0 pillow! I have tried so many expensive pillows, and this has been the best for side sleeping. Firm but also just soft enough to make it super comfortable. I can even lay on my back without it triggering an instant headache due to neck spasm/arthritis. I bought my husband one too and he is snoring less and finally sleeping properly on a pillow that stays put! Highly recommend.

For all side sleepers
Very useful for side sleepers.Since I have been using it my back pain has reduced and hopefully will continue to benefit my lower back issue as it aligns my spine better. The quaPity is also very good. I recommend the leg pillow for all you side sleepers, it is great.

I broke my neck in 2 places when I was…
I broke my neck in 2 places when I was in my early 30s. I am 64 now.I couldn't sleep with my head to the left. I was in pain all the time. I decided to try the 2.0 pillow not expecting much since nothing else has worked.From the very 1st night I had no pain!!! I cannot sleep with out it now. This pillow has changed my life!! I never write reviews but I had to let you know this is not a scam. This is a very well made, sturdy pillow that will last a long time. I am ordering another one and the foot wedge. Thank you Ecoden for making a product that does what it is supposed to. I sleep sooo much better now!!

" I’ve been sleeping on a contour pillow for over 35 years & really loved them. This is a different pillow to get used to. I am very picky with my pillows, however this pillow I haven’t had any uncomfortable sleeps on it and I probably would purchase another down the road."I gave it a 4 star because my shipment was taking longer for expedited delivery, however they gave me a shipping refund.

I used to hate going to bed at night
" I used to hate going to bed at night. Despite having expensive pillows, nothing ever felt great. Now, I lay my head down to sleep and smile. Every morning, my head wants to sleep in because these pillows are truly the best, life-changing. I found them by searching "Best pillow in the world?" because I was fed up waking up and feeling like I had a poor night's sleep, largely due to the constant struggle of the shoulder and the head fighting for space. You know the one, you pull the pillow in to support your neck, next minute the shoulder has pushed it back out, and the neck pain begins. The cut way for your shoulder is perfect. You lay on your back, perfect, roll to the side, perfect, no adjustment needed. Thanks Ecoden for changing mine and 5 of my family and friends life for the better."

I don’t know what it is about this pillow, but it helped my neck immensely I actually don’t like this pillow, but I can’t live without it and now that it has a silk pillowcase I really can’t live without it because I only use silk pillowcases and I love silk pillowcases so there you go.

GREAT sleep!
I bought my Ecoden pillow two years ago if not three, and have been extremely well pleased with it. So pleased I bought two for my daughter and soninlaw, and they love theirs too. The "trick" is to position the back of your head in the middle of the pillow, so the supportive part can do its work. I can sleep 8 or more hours -- 10 just last Saturday -- on my pillow. And in these two or more years, the foam has held up perfectly. Not the least bit giving way. I lay on my side when I read; that's the firm part I'm talking about, the outer edge both left and right side. The center is softer. I had to buy a new Tensel pillowcase because the zipper broke. It too is excellent, and you'll want one for each pillow because a traditional pillowcase works its way off in the middle of the night. You'll be pleased with your Ecoden pillow and the zipper pillowcase.

I’ve had neck pain for a few months
I’ve had neck pain for a few months, when I saw the advertisement for the Ecoden pillow, I was sceptical, I did email asking questions before ordering. I took the plunge,I have not regretted one moment. I feel comfortable sleeping on my back and side, the pillow wraps around and even I feel gives my shoulders support. I would highly recommend, so much my friend ordered one
