This is a genuine request from other Ecohydra users. I love this product and can only use this product due to chemical intolerances.

Where has Ecohydra gone? Their website has been under maintenance for months. Uncontactable?? Please help.

The Hand Wash and Hand Sanitizer is fantastic, they last for ages and do not dry out your hands, we had to wait a little for delivery but well worth it.

I purchased this newly branded Ecohydra aloe vera foam sanitizer on the basis of longevity of the older version I had, even though it was currently a little more expensive than other foam hand sanitizers. I can't yet testify to it's longevity but it had leaked a little into the delivery packaging. I hope this doesn't continue when in my handbag.

Got just what I wanted for taking out and about with me especially on holiday. The hand sanitiser is the perfect size for a handbag, even an evening one. Products arrived very quickly.

Disappointing- have used before and really good. This time I ordered 20 bottles-only received 2. One of these was virtually empty. Haven’t been able
to contact as website under maintenance

Original review : I have been buying the alcohol free spray sanitizers for a while now and really like them. Recently , I ordered several bottles directly from the website but received foam pump bottles with a new design of the label and it was labelled as ' SPRAY' when it is clearly a foam pump and formulation. This is very different to what is still advertised on the website so it is misleading.

I did receive a return label via email when I reached out to customer service but I am yet to receive my refund. I queried if the advertised product that I used to buy in the past is still being manufactured and sold, but I didnt receive a reply.

I used to purchase the 100 ml spray but if it is still available in a different quantity , I would still be happy to buy them. I wish there was clearer information.

Dry fast, gentle and safe for kids

I've been buying their product since covid as I have severely dry skin and alcohol makes my skin dry and split. I have no problems with EcoHydra products and use them all regularly.

Its been 5 days, 2 email reminders already sent but neither i received the parcel nor the both email are replied yet. I have no idea when i gona receive them

Great product!, I have used it for the last 4 years.

So glad to have found a hand sanitiser that is alcohol free (doesn't irritate my eczema and sensitive skin) and also protects against all types of germs (including norovirus which alcohol based gels don't...). A little on the expensive side but I think it is worth it.
