I had a very bad experience with a fuel supply company recently. So I turned to Ecologs for my winter fuel stock. Michael was my contact. Within 3 days of placing my order it was delivered to my doorstep. Just what the doctor ordered. Customer focused. 👋👋

Super quick delivery. Only thing I would change would be less plastic but I do appreciate there probably isn’t a suitable option available. I will continue to order though as an easy company to deal with and excellent communication. well done

Quality product & customer service
More RUF briquettes ordered, as I find them absolutely fantastic in my stove. They throw out great heat with little ash remains.
Small bit of a delay on dispatch but kept updated on same.
Also, credit to the courier who, on a usually wet day in Ireland, ensured that they were well wrapped & protected until I got home.
