Rain damaged product
I received my order on a rainy day and wasn't at home to take it in. Some product got wet and damaged. I contacted the company and this was sorted out. Might be better to use waterproof packaging.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. We are sorry to hear you are dissatisfied. Please note we have delivered the product in perfect shape and communicated this all along. Our T&C are very clear and state that once delivered the product is in the care of the customer. The packaging is not sub-standard, only not waterproof and that is clearly disclosed on our website and on the dispatch communication. The product is not meant to be left under the elements as the wood briquettes absorb water and this was clearly the case. In fact we take pride in our CS and we never disregard any of our our customer's emails, ph. calls, chats etc., we provide clear and transparent information along with quality products!

Quick service on one of the days requested. Delivery driver was very helpful. We await the winter to see how good this product works but previous experience with other Ecologs products has been good.
