Got a Panasonic ducted system installed by EcoOrigin and honestly, they did a great job. The team was on time, easy to deal with, and the installation was clean and well done. They explained everything properly and the system’s been working perfectly so far. Would definitely recommend them!
We engaged with EcoOrigin to Install Rinnai multi split 3 units and installation day had 45° temperature, my wife and I fully expected the installation to be postponed and understandably so. Instead, the team arrived early with smiles on their faces, keen to make sure we had all the information we needed. Nick and his team got straight to work despite what was truly a horrendous day.
I still can’t quite believe that we’re now sitting in a perfectly temperature-controlled home, with our 8-month-old baby fast asleep in a comfortable 26° bedroom all thanks to the team pushing through under such tough conditions.

Unsafe. Unqualified. Rude & derogatory comments about house members. Illegal refusal of compliance documentation, until after CAV and ESV got involved. Many breaches of consumer law and rights. Left tiles out of place on the roof, causing additional damage after rain. Could write a novel on the issues. All being handled with CAV and ESV etc.
But don't want anyone else to suffer this stress and issues.
I have engaged Ecoorigin for our heating system replacement, they were attentive to enquiry and guided me with ducted and non ducted heating cooling electric systems. we chose 5 units where 2 for lounge and 3 for bedrooms.
