Hi I spoke to Kaylin who went through the new tariffs available. He wasn't afraid to check as he hadn't dealt with a Parish Council before. Ecosave Pay needs to include a category of Parish Council as there are 1,000s in the UK and the vast majority use electricity.

The operator (Caleb) was polite and very helpful. However, your company should bear in mind that on a "cold call" it can be a challenge for people working from home for charities (as opposed to in an office for other types of business) to have all necessary information at their fingertips. The estimate of a five minute call was some 35 minutes off the mark.
