Arrived on time and got straight on with the job. Very little mess in the house and the job looks great. Ryan and Alan were very friendly and professional.

Found everyone I dealt with, really friendly, polite and professional.

I do not usually engage anyone who knocks on the door but Ben explained the marketing strategy well and I do like to support local businesses. There was absolutey no pressure or scare tactics used to push you to go ahead, which I really valued.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Polly in the office really lovely confirming everything clearly and open to any questions.

Today they finished our loft after first emptying it for us. Ryan and Alan were very nice guys, very helpful, polite and professional and cleaned up well at the end. They worked really fast still producing an excellent job.

Ben & the team from Eco Shield SW were excellent from the first call at the door to the completion of the job. Ben took time to do a thorough survey & presented the issues in my loft in great detail. This company does what it says. I am not normally happy with cold callers. Joel took a chance and I glad he did. He was very polite and at no time was he pushy or imposing. He explained what his company did. Asked the sort of insulation I had and explained what can happen to the type I had. He offered me a free survey to check if the insulation may need to be replaced due to damp occurring in the loft. I agreed to the free survey. He said Polly would ring with an appointment to carry this out. Polly rang me a few hours afterwards and made an appointment for the following morning with Ben who was in the area doing a job in a house nearby. Ben arrived on time. He was very polite and helpful. He went into the loft and checked my insulation. He informed me that no work was necessary as the insulation was in good condition overall. I was amazed by the honesty of the members of this company. They are not out to make work where no work is necessary. It was so refreshing to come across a professional. honest and considerate firm. I would have no hesitation of contacting them if I need any loft insulation in the future and would recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Joel, Polly and Ben. It is a pleasure to know there are still honest firms and people you can trust.

I recently used EcoShield and was very pleased with the whole process. From the first talk with Joel to the survey through to the installation, the team were professional and clear in explaining what work needed to be done and most importantly why.

They worked efficiently, kept the disruption to a minimum, and tidied everything up afterwards. It's given me peace of mind that my roof won't need replacing and costing me tens of thousands down the line.

Overall, I feel the service was excellent, real value 4 money and with a guarantee it was a no brainer and huge financial saver. I’d happily recommend them to anyone who is unsure of the material state of their roof.

After a survey i decided to have the foil installed. The guys turned up on time and worked none stop for 5 hours intil the job was done. Very impressed and i would recommend to anyone.

The guys who came to fit the Foil (Alan & Brandon) were great; very professional, polite and above all very hardworking.
Our job was on a Friday and most people would have been keen to start their weekend, but the chaps stayed until around 18:30 to finish the work.
Ben & Polly have also kept us informed and have added to the professionalism.
‘Proof of the pudding’ as the saying goes….we now await positive results from the Foil being fitted.

I’m usually very careful with door step selling but having agreed to an estimate, which we accepted , and been given a date everything was completed efficiently and explained fully.Some old floor was not removed , through householder confusion, but Ben and a team came Early the next day and completed the job. Great customer service . Thanks again to Ben and the team.

Very friendly and helpful staff, work was carried out quickly and neatly. There were no problems and the fitters left no mess.

We don't usually agree to use cold callers, but when he described what their company did, we agreed to have a no obligation survey of the inside of our roof, as we knew that it did need more insulation.
He came the following week and carried out a full survey of our loft area. He gave us a full desctiption of how the roof was and the work that was needed to be done.
We agreed to this, and the following week the installer came to do the work. He worked for several hours and completed the job satisfactorily. He was polite, friendly and left no mess, leaving our bungalow as he found it.
There was one slight problem afterwards, that evening, when we found that our television was not functioning properly. I phoned their headquarters in Plymouth the next day and explained the situation and was told that they do have this problem occasionally, with inside the roof aerials and they would get it solved at their expense. They arranged for a TV engineer to come and reposition our aerial, which was inside the roof.
This has now been done, and our TV reception is satisfactory again.
Overall, we are very pleased with the work that this company has carried out, and would recommend them.

I was encouraged to put my head into the loft and I saw for myself what was needed.
Also plenty of photos before and after.

Brilliant staff professional service .the loft was totally destroyed by vermin urine. Which degrades over time and a danger to your health. Now a clean loft and now energy efficient. 100% professional service. Has a pest controller. Seen many a lofts destroyed by vermin .
