We had ordered an Organic latex pillow for 118 dollars for a Christmas gift.
We received a 10 or 20 dollar chemical filled polyester pillow instead.
Apparently they suspected that many folks would not notice the fake imposter.
The company stated that they would refund our credit card but they failed to so so.
Therefore they are a scam company. Do not trust them . Their pillows are already overpriced but to receive a fake latex pillow is a crime and they do not deserve anyone's business. Beware.

Sinking into the bed and waking up with multiple back pains. Firm mattress means sinking mattress. Afraid of what this bed will look and feel like one year from now. They won’t return the mattress after 2 weeks of email exchanges, pics of the bed and waiting for responses. Have no idea who they paid to write positive reviews. Waste of time and money. No more online mattress shopping for me. One expensive lesson. FYI, the mattress doesn’t fully expand after removing it from box and leaves ripples that won’t go away, makes the bed look bad too.

I purchased a pillow from Eco Terra and when it arrived, I noticed it was not the pillow I thought I ordered. Checking my order, I ordered the wrong pillow. I contacted the company and explained that I ordered the wrong pillow and I wanted to exchange the unused pillow I received for the one I originally wanted. They told me their policy was NO RETURNS ON PILLOWS. So, I now have a $120.00 pillow that I have no use for. Is this the right way to treat customers? I don't think so...

scam. this company has very shady practices and will not honor returns. i would never do business with them again.

We bought this mattress as well and within six months my husband said he was getting back pain. We attributed it to everything but the new mattress. Fast forward a few years and my husband and I are in regular ongoing chiropractic care and we both can barely walk. Keep in mind, we're in our forties but we walk hunched over and in pain like we're in our nineties!! My husband started crawling out of bed. We both have pain in the exact same locations. We couldn't figure out what it was until my husband started sleeping on the couch, mainly because he was not able to get out of bed. After a week on the couch, his back pain mysteriously started getting better while mine worsened to the point where I am hunched over even more and can barely stand up straight and walk. That's because I remained sleeping on this crap mattress. I can barely sit and I feel like I will be unable to walk soon. We are in the process of getting this mattress company to honor the warranty and we will be sleeping on sofas and air mattresses until we can find a better mattress. Seems like many people are having these issues. I smell a lawsuit brewing.... Especially if people have bulged disks and can't walk anymore!!! Will never buy from this company and will warn others.

A+++ experience. I love my Eco Terra Mattress. It is a great quality mattress and it is very comfortable. Customer service was very helpful too. Highly recommended.

Don’t waste your money. After 3 years there’s a massive imprint on one side of our bed. I filed a warranty claim but because it’s a 16th of an inch off of their threshold they refuse to cover our 3 year old mattress. They said when it reaches 1 1/2 inches then it will be covered, but it cannot be slept on as it is causing significant back pain. We have to throw it away and purchase a new mattress. After going on for 2 weeks with customer service via email they have requested a lot of info and images to determine why there’s an imprint, and we complied, one of their agents admitted that the imprint was large and not normal. A new agent tried to say that message was sent to me on mistake and it was meant for someone else. They are lying, and trying to get out of helping us. I said I would settle for a partial refund since it’s only lasted half of its suggested lifespan. They have stopped replying to emails.

Bed sagged after 6 months. Contacted company (customer service). After making us jump through all sorts of hoops (somewhat understandable since this is an expensive item), they won't cover it under warranty unless it's sagging at least 1.5". As it turns out, ours is sagging 1.25", which is incredibly uncomfortable, but that's not sagging enough to be covered. Based on our experience with this company and a very expensive bed is you'll almost certain have a problem with this bed after the 6 month mark. I really don't understand how this company is still in business.

I bought a bed from EcoTerra that turned out to be too soft. I got in touch with them to have it picked up within the trial period time frame. The somebody who was responding was terse, like I was bothering him(or her). I don’t know who that person was as the emails were signed, “The EcoTerra Co”. This is a world where customer service is very important. They fell way short of that.
