Great technical support with a very quick response and turnaround to a faulty battery I had

I purchased an EcoTree lithium battery two years ago which surprisingly developed an issue. I've always considered that the quality of a product is only as good as the aftersales service provided. Well EcoTree have been utterly outstanding. They replaced it immediately. I have purchased numerous EcoTree products all of which have proved to be of excellent quality. But on the off chance it goes wrong it is so reassuring to know they have your back. Many thanks EcoTree.

In response to your reply , I did not state anywhere in my email thst I purchased the battery. . I stated that a battery purchased for. £1300 which has 6 yr warranty taped on the battery is simply misleading , and you state that you spoke to Kevin Cull and Ito have been in contact with Kevin and he stated to me that he was unaware of the battery having no wattxnty and he thought I was being treated poorly and I have his texts dhoikd you wish to see them . May I also add you state I didn’t maintain the battery correctly but as I stated to Paul Anderson both me& my wife had cancer and the van remained unused for 22mths , also Paul stated that I was given a complimentary battery health check at Fhino install at Preston. Invorrdct again as I paid £75 for the inspection , do from the moment I spoke to you guys you have done nothing but tell lies and try your best to find reason not to warrant this battery . As stated in my text to Paul this matter is now in the hands of trading standards Znd my solicitor who will be taking legal proceedings against yourself , so to everyone dealing with this company my advice remains buyers beware and check what you are actually getting and is covered

After considerable research I decided to change from lead-acid to lithium for my caravan which is primarily used off grid with a 100w solar panel. The office staff were most helpful in helping me select the most appropriate battery considering my usage. Battery arrived next day and was a straight swap. All that was needed was an easy adjustment to the solar controller. Unfortunately after a few months the battery would not charge beyond 65% so I contacted EcoTree for assistance. They made several recommendations that I tried but still no improvement. Their MD Paul contacted me and offered an immediate replacement and he actually delivered it personally 2 days later (more than 1 hours drive). You can not get better than that!! New battery working perfectly.

After I needed a replacement battery for my motorhome after my trusty Pb one died after a great 4 years. I found what I believed to be a direct lithium replacement, but I was able to speak to the team who confirmed all my questions. Fantastic customer service and got me the new out in time for my next adventure

Hey there! I recently had a great experience talking to someone at Ecotree. Despite a negative review, I found the whole process to be a positive one.

They took the time to understand my needs and gave me some fantastic advice on which battery would be best for me. The advice was spot on, and now I can sit back and relax knowing that my battery won’t let me down.

The company was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the product itself is top-notch. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy battery.

Had an odd quirk with a battery I purchased nearly two years ago so dropped the team at Eco Tree Lithium an email, had a quick response back with a few pointers to try. For whatever reason these didn’t work but they offered I could send/take the battery in for them to take a look at & was assured it’d be replaced if found to be faulty. As I’m local, I dropped in, was made to feel welcome & the battery was soon on the bench & tested – bizarrely no fault found. It’s now back in service and working as well as ever.

Really appreciate the support from Eco Tree Lithium & have just recommended them to a good friend of mine as they need to replace their leisure battery. Companies like this are worth their weight in gold.

Start to finish, great communication. The battery has been brilliant and above and beyond what i need. I fitted a dimensionally similar battery in the same box my AGM came out of and got a 50% increase in Ah capacity. Been a game changer. I had enough capacity before but monitored use. Now its just not something i think about. Its been stress tested with 2 weeks in spain 2 days after installing and has performed flawlessly.

Also worth an add is the setup (BMS, charger etc) assistance I got via email was also prompt and superb. Warranty was stood by and unquestioned when battery arrived with a ding in the box. It had only damaged a corner of the battey casing (box) but not affected its integrity. It was my choice to install before I heard back from them because of time constraints but they were straight out of the gate after the weekend with a 24hr replacement and collection of damaged battery. (again my choice to put hold on that as it was already installed as it was cosmetic only)

All told one of the few companies I feel actually give a monkeys about their customer base so well worth a mention. Everything else these days seems to be deceit and deception to extract your money and run after selling overpriced 'sh!te by design' garbage with no one to answer the inevitable queries and zero product knowledge.

I purchased a pair of 12v batteries for my Nash Trax Evo power barrow, these were personally delivered to me by one of the amazing Eco Tree team the following day, unbelievable service and unbelievable product, a proper game changer 👍

Really good experience, I originally purchased a 110ah 12v lithium battery in Feb 2022. After having had nearly three years of faultless operation, my battery unfortunately developed a fault. I contacted ecotree and spoke to Dave, Dave listened to my concerns, gave me some things to try to resolve the issue, these however did not resolve the fault. As the battery was still within the generous six year warranty ecotree offered to collect my battery to be returned for testing. I opted to visit ecotrees premises with prior agreement. Upon arrival I was treated well. My battery was taken for testing, unfortunately it was faulty. I was given a brand new latest model equivalent replacement under warranty, no arguing, no trying to get out of it. Fantastic service by a company who back their warranty!

Thanks Eco tree..They went through all settings for my Victron setup as I was using lead acid before. Nothing is to much would recommend them highly and the price is competitive with other batteries of the same specification.

Absolutely brilliant, we had an issue with our van battery not even the lithium we bought from them and they told us what to do to solve it. Lithium battery brilliant, after sales absolutely amazing. Thank you

2.5 years down the line. 2 x 110Ah battery’s still going strong. Quite a lot of day grid and about 500 night in total. Since then fitted 2 in a friends new van. My van now sold as down sizing so will be looking for an under seat battery. Easy to speak to customer service.

Apparently they are good batteries, but actually getting to talk to someone pre-sale, with £500 ready to part with, proved nigh-on impossible.

When I finally did talk to someone, his opening gambit was to try and tell me they had tried to call back, and when I begged to differ, as I had received no call - despite having given 2 numbers to call & offered WhatsApp voice call or mobile - started to argue with me, 'The Customer'.
Totally unprofessional pre-sales process, if I can buy the [good] product elsewhere, I will, otherwise, it's a different supplier for me.

My leisure battery (lead acid 12V 110Ah) had failed completely in my DIY van conversion. I'd done some research and decided that a lithium battery would be a much better option. Unfortunately, being the kind of person I am, I neglected to do anything about it until the day before I was due to go on a trip. I rang Eco Tree Lithium and everyone was so helpful, even though I didn't have the required information for them to know what would be suitable. I'm fairly local and they were happy take a look. I got there just an hour before they closed and they checked everything out, removed my old lead acid battery and fitted a 12v 105AH LiFePO4 with Bluetooth monitoring. Everything was explained clearly and I was also given some advice on future improvements I could make to
my solar and split charging systems to get the most of the new battery. Definitely recommend!
