I'm very pleased with my purchase of a Sovereign watch. The quality is excellent, and it looks stunning. Ordering was straightforward, and the tracking process was easy to follow.

My only minor comment is that the watch face is not quite as blue as it appears in the website images. However, this does not detract from the overall quality of the watch. I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering a wooden watch.

My husband opened up his present last night and now has another beauty to add to his watch collection. He was most impressed in the wood in the watch... I actually thought the watch would have been heavier! But it's very light not sure why.
But overall very happy with the speed and the watch how it arrived as well in all lovely box

I am so delighted with "The Iris" woman's watch I purchased. The dial is stunning and the wood/metal band is gorgeous. The band is so lightweight on the wrist that the stickiness of a Tennessee summer heat/humidity is not even noticed when the watch is worn! It does not "slide" face down on the wrist but stays in place and is very sturdily made. I am blind in one eye and the watch face is easy for me to read. It is a nicely sized timepiece for the wrist and I am already receiving compliments as it is worn. I also like the stunning color of the face and a Quartz movement and that it is waterproof. And the craftmanship of the band is exemplary . . . so very pleased with this watch, the Customer Service and the timeliness of both the email responses to my questions and the well-packaged delivery. Thank you, EcoWoodWear for a lovely, lovely timepiece. (I am a Customer who was NOT paid to write this candid and honest review).

I had been looking for a new bracelet to add to my collection, but I’d seen hundreds of cookie-cutter ads for boring, run-of-the-mill designs. You know the ones: standard silver chains or solid metal cuffs we’ve all seen a thousand times. I didn't want another piece that would end up forgotten at the bottom of my jewelry case.The Zenith bracelet I just bought from Eco Wood Wear is the polar opposite!

The unique, wooden bracelet makes it unlike anything else in my collection...or that I've seen people wearing around town. It's definitely a 'statement piece'- and I mean that in the best way possible!

It’s comfortable to wear, exceptionally well-made, and it's already gotten me a few compliments in the past week since it arrived.

The packaging is beautiful as well- and the ordering and shipping process was a breeze too! I would leave 6-stars if I could, and I will definitely be ordering from the eco wood wear store again!

At first, I was disappointed the watch shipped out of China. However, when I received the watch, it was actually beautiful and I received many compliments. It’s a very nice watch.

What a great experience! I ordered a watch a little too late to have it delivered on time for my son's birthday... Without hesitation, "Ben" sent me a more expensive watch that he had and was engraved and was delivered a day before I needed it!!!! He also wouldn't take the difference in money for the upgraded watch!!!
During the transaction "Ben" emailed me back and forth, keeping me up to date, even through the weekend, after business hours! No company does that after hours!!!! That's a first for me!
The watch is absolutely gorgeous! I'm certain my son will love it! I am certain I have purchased the best gift possible for him this year!

Easy to order. Customer service responded quickly when I reached out with a questions and responded with just what I asked for (not a bot). The watch was packaged nicely. I had no problem adjusting the links to size with the included tool and instructions. The watch was already set to my time zone. It functions well and looks great.

Excellent customer service ! My husband accidentally broke a link resizing his watch. I contacted the company to see if we could purchase a new band and provided them with pictures. I longer had my order number so I didn't think they could do much. Instead they located my order (and because I'm assuming it was only a few months old), they immediately shipped out a new band at no extra cost to me (and we are out of country). They also were extremely responsive. Rare to find such service now days, but greatly appreciated!

I love the watch but the engraving is too small and too hard to read. Otherwise, my fiancé loved it.

I ordered two watches from this company. One for my son for his birthday and a second for me because I thought they were beautiful. We both love the watches. I had an issue with my watch getting condensation under the glass during the day. It wasn't because the watch had gotten wet in any way, it just seemed to happen after fairly high temp changes. I took a photo and sent it to Ben and Emma who immediately responded and said that it was unusual and obviously should not be happening. We were all hoping it was a one off event, but it continued to happen. They continuously followed up via email to my concerns and offered to replace the watch immediately. They sent me pictures of a new design watch and gave me the opportunity to chose a model as a replacement. I give this company 5 stars for the simple fact that they stand by their products. If something unexpected happens they immediately offer a solution. Rarely these days do you find an honest company that treats their customers as well as eco wood wear does. The watches are light, good looking and comfortable to wear all day. I highly recommend giving this company a try. You wont be disappointed by the product.
