This was a great way to meet buyers one on one. The hospitality is five star. The ECRM staff is five star.

I haven't attended an ECRM event since 2013. Always had great experiences in the past. Bottom line, the ECRM team and specifically, Stephanie and Colleen were absolutely fantastic to deal with, especially given our late decision to attend. They were responsive and provided excellent service and guidance. The event in West Palm was top notch and I dare to say we made some great contacts and the key will be follow up. Based on our business model, it was the right show for us to attend and your team makes the experience so unbelievably pleasant. EVERYONE is welcoming and helpful and the venue was awesome.

The efficiency of these shows is amazing to see 75 vendors in 2.5 days is such a time saver

ECRM team were consummate professionals in their execution of this event. They were friendly and hospitable in every interaction, resolved all of my issues in a prompt fashion, and managed to keep time in a firm but respectful way. Event logistics were smooth, food was great, and the inaugural golf round was a hit. My account manager Heather was an excellent partner in helping me navigate my first time at ECRM. I would recommend this experience to any emerging beverage alcohol brands who would like to be introduced to buyers who can transform the trajectory of their business.

Very well produced. Ipads, when they worked, were excellent for taking notes and track of numerous meetings. Snacks and beverages were great for short breaks. Buyer list was weak, needed more off premise retailers, especially mid to large size chains.

Wi-Fi was unavailable for a while but otherwise good event. 15 min would be better with 12-13 min meeting and walking time.
