To clarify, the service you originally intended to book has a long waitlist due to its specialist nature and the high demand for our highly skilled practitioners. We’ve been transparent about this on our website, and to avoid confusion, we’ve disabled online booking for that particular treatment. You did, however, book an alternative service that was available to gain an appointment, and as a gesture of goodwill, our therapist accommodated you with a consultation and patch test during that appointment, to avoid a wasted journey for you.
Regarding your comments on pricing: our fees are clearly stated on our website, We pride ourselves on offering a high level of expertise, with a team that brings decades of combined experience and thousands of satisfied clients — many of whom are happy to wait for an appointment.
To clarify any confusion, we do not charge £300 per hour. Our rates are £65 for 15 minutes and £110 for 30 minutes, reflecting the quality and precision of the specialist care we provide.
That said we are assuming — based on your feedback — that you no longer wish to remain on our waitlist. If this is not the case and you would still like to be considered for future availability, please don’t hesitate to contact our team.
