I love surprises and it was another one where Ed Hardy actually thinks about the customer and puts their needs first. Other organisations could learn from them. I receive a t-shirt which I loved but was the wrong size. I thought I would have to send it back and then order the right size...but no...Ed Hardy have thought about his and offer their online customers the option to exchange. It was soooooooo easy. Thank Ed, for great clothing designs, high quality clothing that feels amazing and for just being brilliant!

Lying scam if a shop
They claimed they would give me £10 off my next order over £100 which I never got when I did them for my second order it says u get a stamp which I also never revived so I got in touch and emailed them and we emailed back and fourth and then the guy asked me to send a screenshot of where it says that so I did and since then I’ve received nothing so I emailed 2 more times and no response so I used my other email and still nothing. They also claim to give you a birthday discount which I also didn’t get when I signed up near my birthday. So basically they just scam you for your money and lie. I’ve spent over £500 on Ed hardy alone in this past month yet received not even a single thing they claim they give you. Yet they just ignore all my emails. I will be returning my stuff and not ordering again.

Great graphic ideas but not carried forwards into Footwear
I have dealt with Ed Hardy for a long time in the USA and for clothing, T Shirts etc it is excellent. However I wanted shoes and I do not think Ed Hardy shoes are as good today as they were in the 1990/early 2000 when I discovered the brand in the USA and I am a footwear consultant. The shoe styles then were fairly plain but the graphics did the job. You have missed a trick in my opinion.
