I looked at this company's website and it looked ok but then looked at reviews. Absolute scam-if something looks too good to be true it probably is. Then an unsolicited parcel arrived charged to my credit card. Cheap nasty plastic. I have raised a dispute with my bank. Avoid at all costs they need investigating by Trading standards

The items I bought were not leather as described and advertised, I would certainly not recommend this company to anyone,stay clear is my advice.

This is a scam. The bags are shipped from India - not from some shop in the uk with Royal mail shipping. They are not leather - smell of plastic and very poorly made.
I complained that it is not as advertise ie leather but would hav to pay return postage to return it.
Beware!!! Do not buy

The order has never arrived! I keep getting emails telling me it's on its way, it will arrive soon, and nothing happens
SCAM COMPANY, SCAM PRODUCT.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The so called leather handbag is rubbish,Chinese plastic. I am so disappointed with the product this is a scam,do not buy from them

Not genuine leather. Doubt there ever was a shop in the Cotswolds and doubt I’ll ever see a refund. They appear to be advertising under several different names. Avoid like the plague.

The advertizing and quality of products is a complete scam. Not genuine leather but cheap plastic not worth a 5th of the discounted sale price. It is not a closing down sale of handmade leather goods by the proprietor. Total rubbish with not a verified hope of getting a refund. Needs closing down.

The UK website and carefully crafted back-story is pure fiction. It's a Chinese firm supplying cheap quality goods that are neither hand crafted, nor even leather. Its deliberately designed to mislead in the hope the returns process would discourage people. Scammers

I bought a supposedly leather handbag which turned out to be plastic, and from China (of course), not some cosy little artisan workshop as advertised. When I tried to return it I was offered the chance to keep the handbag with a 10% and later a 20% discount. When I refused both offers, I was told I'd have to return the bag to China at my own expense if I wanted a full refund. As the carriage costs would have eaten up half of what I paid originally, I'm now stuck with a bag I don't want.

This is more of a warning to buyers. Sounding absolutely genuine on face book, I thought I could not be fooled. Finding a leather bag seemingly suitable and well-made being offered at a "retirement sale offer price" from supposedly in Cheltenham in the Cotswolds, England it took 16 days to arrive. Warning bells began when kept being told of varying reasons for delays, and tracking showing air and customs. On arrival bitterly disappointed: shoddy workmanship, NOT leather, damaged, nothing like the advertised image. Any attempts to claim a refund resulted in many emails, finally managing to get a return address to China, which I had long suspected. No offer of return paid label (to be done at my expense) and no refund until then. Simply have to bite the bullet and hope Trading Standards will eventually come through!

Fooled by the facebook advert ,looked good.do not get taken in!
Our bags did arrive although late,definately not leather,cheap plastic,probably worth about a fiver.
Avoid like the plague!!

If you are looking for genuine leather products please don't buy. Although, if you are looking for a light weight non leather bag, could be the bag you are looking for.
