Bad Deceptive Company. Avoid the hassle

*** DO NOT PURCHASE *** I recently purchased a Goodlife Silencer Max from eDog Australia. Prior to purchasing I contacted the eDog Customer Service team, who assured me that the product would work. On delivery of the product, it became quickly clear that the product does not work on dogs and is not fit for purpose. Be advised that this company is dodgy and does not offer refunds notwithstanding they are selling goods in Australia that are not fit for purpose. This is in breach of the Australian Consumer Law. I will be reporting the company to the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission but buyers should beware.

I recently had an issue where the remote for my dog’s e-collar suddenly stopped turning on. I reached out to the company for some troubleshooting advice and was genuinely surprised when they sent me a replacement remote completely free of charge.

I’m so grateful for the fast, friendly customer service. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind its products and genuinely looks after its customers.

The collar has been an invaluable training tool for our dog. Since the remote stopped working, he’s had to go back on a lead, and we can tell he misses the freedom. He knows that when he’s wearing his collar, it means he can safely roam and enjoy himself while still staying under control.

Information regarding the different kinds of bark deterrents and how they work was extremely helpful in choosing the one we felt would work best for our young man.. a two year old boxer, whose intermittent excited barking was becoming a bit wearing. We chose the Houndware Multi-function collar. The ordering process, dispatch time and delivery was excellent and was an excellent price. We were extremely pleased with the whole process.

Great product for my friend’s dog who won’t stop barking - got them an ultrasonic device and it did just the trick. Highly recommend and fast shipping too!

ADVERTISED PRODUCT DIFFERENT TO WHAT YOU GET.
I ordered Houndware 101 collar got a budget brand. Contacted them was told its pretty much the same its just a different box. But it was not just a different box but all the products as well. When I sent them a photo they then offered me to pay for a upgrade if I wanted the Houndsware product. Are you serious. What a scam.

Purchased an electric fence collar from Edog which always had a dodgy on off button. Button eventually disappeared inside the unit. Edog were not helpful saying unit was out of warranty even though it was only 17 months old and hadn't been used daily. Do not deal with Edog.

We are alerted this company to an issue with our bark collar only purchased recently. No response whatsoever from their support email in fact all we got was spam in return.
Utter joke, I’m surprised they are allowed to trade. We have now lodged a formal complaint.
