Company blocked my payment without warning
I had been receiving my payments normally from this company without any issues. However, this time they removed my bank account information from their system without informing me beforehand and my earnings were not transferred.
The money belongs to me and was already approved for payout. I received a credit note showing a payment of 575.41 EUR, but the transfer was never completed because my banking details were deleted without my consent.
What disappointed me the most was the lack of communication and transparency. A company should never block or delay someone’s earnings without warning or explanation.
I hope the company improves its customer support, communicates clearly with sellers, and resolves payment problems faster and more professionally.
