Awful experience !
Spent thousands on skin tightening after being made to pay it up front and showed pictures of people who had amazing results after having skin from weight loss, I was fed loads of lies about it being permanent that I wouldn’t need top up treatments and the £2000 I was spending would give me the results I wanted.
4 sessions in no Change and then told I should spend another £800 for further treatment. They get you to sign the form that says I accept no refunds will be offered.
My therapists changed half way through and the second one even said it was being doing incorrectly on me. I’m so disappointed I feel like I have been conned out of my £2000 just to line their pockets you have no way of getting your money back and to be honest they don’t care.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.



I paid £14k for a Vaser Lipo / BBL and was left botched. Dr Johnsson and his team were dishonest about the outcome and made false promises. They saw the irregularities and said that it would fix up once I healed. After healing I told them about my concerns as there was no change, only for them to tell me that Dr Johnsson denies all the statements he made prior to the surgery. I called up in tears for weeks before I could get a proper response. This surgery has really ruined the quality of my life. I would never recommend this place. I now have to pay again to get Dr Johnssons mistakes fixed elsewhere, and I am left mentally scarred.



Don’t waste your time or money here.

Very bad experience and I will never recommend this company to anyone. If you want to get better result and treatment please don’t wast your time and money in this place.

1. Done my consultation, asked the consultant what treatment is good for my skin. She recommended micro needling and got the promise if I do a course of micro needling treatments I will get the result ofter one or two and convince me for doing the treatments.

2. What ever creams they recommended I bought from them to get the result

3. No result, Before my last treatment I discussed this matter with the therapist, she is a very lovely lady.... not her fault she said she will discuss this matter with the manager and the manager will contact you. No response from the manager at all.

4. They do not have any consent towards customers after receiving their money

6. The therapist said you won’t get the result what the consultant promised to you but it will make your skin a bit smoother and I have to do the last treatment and see. This is really a kind of joke to spent a lot of money to make your skin a bit smoother.

7. First they will promise you, once they got your money then they will say this treatment only makes your skin smoother .

8. The staff is so unprofessional, I haven’t received any after treatment care consent

9. My face was burning so badly. I send emails to find out if it is normal, but I haven’t got any reply from them until I called them. When I called and asked about the emails the lady on the phone said I thought my colleague has already replied. They are so irresponsible towards the customers.

10. The receptionist Mukky is very moody. You won’t get any response from her in a nice way.

I wouldn’t recommend this clinic...To avoid.. unpleasant experience

Miss sold the tear trough was told will see results straight away paid £450 only to look the same.. all they put in is 0.5ml where u will not see a difference it’s a con and the manager Harchie well what can I say so bloody rude.. it’s all about money to her once she has that she is not interested... offered a facial worth pennies in compensation for £450 treatment I paid fir all nice to get the sale and then she turns nasty clueless women

Tried talking over me no sympathy as spent all that money which made no difference

I first went to EF Medispa last year (August 2018) having been to a similar place for the last 10 years but felt like the service and expertise was beginning to lack forward motion with the advances of general aesthetics. I was impressed with the 'spa' itself, the therapists are all expertly trained to offer guidance and advice on treatments and products which was so lacking in the other so called medical aesthetics practice, Special mention to Tess who goes out of her way to listen, guide and understand the requirements of the Clients of EF Medispa - a quality lacking in most other establishments. Highly recommended.

I’ve been going to EF Medispa for almost a decade. The therapists and aestheticians are at the top of their game. I’ve never experienced anything but stellar service and incredible results.
In fact, I fly over form the States especially to see my favourite therapist, Maria—she’s a magician in her ability to transform my skin and restore a healthy glow and proper level of moisture.

I couldn’t recommend the treatments more—Medispa has a a huge “menu” of options to suit everyone. Well done team!

Fantastic service, I signed up for a peel for melisma, which was completely cured after the treatment course. The lady I spoke to was great, really helpful, and seem to know a lot about skin. The therapist was lovely, and seemed experienced and knowledgeable.

This is the second time I have been to EF Medispa and have seen little to no results, giving them the benefit of the doubt second time round- which cost me.

I was told to sign up for 5 Peel & LED light sessions, which was recommended to me by the consultant. I specifically asked to have extractions for white-heads which they ignored. I saw no results after the first session sitting under the LED for 10 mins and then having slimey peel massaged into my face no extractions whatsoever which is what I wanted in the first place. When I asked for my money back (5 sessions = £850!!!!) of course they don't do refunds and I was made to pay upfront and book the sessions in straight away.
I will never come here again and I urge new clients to be very cautious with what they sign up for because it isn't what you expect.

Dear YIM - I am shocked to hear that you had such a terrible experience! I had a superior result with the Eye and Lip Peel and cannot speak highly enough of the EFMedispa team in Edgbaston.
Sarah the TC is very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease straight away due to her understanding and caring attitude.
I really thought there was no hope of ever getting rid of my dark circles and am glad that I took the leap of faith with EFMedispa EdGBASTON.

In it for the money. All glitz no professionalism. Went for an eye peel should be 3 peels in total spread 4-6 weeks apart. Sarah is like a car sales man totally convinced me they’d worked on black Caribbean skin with total success and promised a 50% improvement, with hindsight this promise should of rang alarm bells but I went ahead. After first treatment I got a call to see how it went, didn’t really have any peeling and minimal and I mean minimal flaking, blink and you’d miss it! During 2nd eye peel application it had to be aborted as skin was so sensitive like it was in fire. Thought I’d get a call from Sarah after getting feedback from Veronica who attempted to apply the treatment.... but nothing. I contacted Sarah 4 weeks later asking her to review my treatment and email me, as no flaking, sensitivity etc., Unfortunately turns out they don’t like being questioned, Sarah called and became quite belligerent, and the follow up email from Harchie the Director says it all.
So what happens to the 3rd treatment?? - They’ve got paid - No contact from them since, left with WORSE UNDER EYE SKIN and SENSITIVITY that wasn’t there before. BACK STREET CLINIC stay away. You see a different person each time you go from assessment to prep to treatment, it’s like they are practicing on you. There’s an old adage “all fur coat, no knickers” keep this in mind before you are parted with your money, all that glitters is not gold.

Awful experience !! I went in with slight acne. I came out with scars, double the acne, sensitive skin and much more. Not professional OR experienced girls working there. Used all wrong products each time new girl doesn’t even read the notes. Spend more time gossiping than they do working. No one has called back to find a solution in all the times I have called.

I have been going to EF Medispa, Edgbaston for some radio frequency / ultrasound body treatments, and also radio frequency on the face. At first I was quite optimistic about what the outcome will be and as to whether I would achieve the maximum results I wanted from the course of treatments. Having gone through my course of treatments now I can honestly say that I am very impressed with the results of radio frequency/ultrasound on the body, and also radio frequency on the face. The overall results are amazing and I am continuing to see improvements. The staff always make me feel at ease, and are thoroughly professional. I have become a regular customer at EF Medispa and would recommend their treatments to family and friends.

I had a great experience yesterday at EF Medispa on Kensington Church Street. From the moment I walked into the beautiful spa I felt looked after and pampered. The receptionists were helpful, honest and knowledgeable about their range of treatments. The treatment I had booked was called T shape which is on the legs. Great treatment which was like nothing I'd had before but at the same time very relaxing. Magda, who did the treatment explained in full detail about what was happening and what the benefits were, answering all my questions. I left the spa very relaxed and my legs certainly look firmer and smoother. I will definitely go back to this spa. Well worth it and a great array of treatments to choose from. Thanks.

I recently visited the Bristol clinic after seeing so many great things about them on Instagram. I took the plunge and went to their clinic for lip fillers. I was so pleased with the results. The staff were so friendly, and the nurse who did my lips was very reassuring, friendly & professional. The clinic was so pretty too. I couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you
